Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson is laughably unqualified for the position she was appointed on based on only three things: none of which had anything to do with her ability to understand the law, its history and the relevant precedents. Let alone the Constitution.
But she is a radical leftist and what she lacks in reasoning ability, she more than makes up for in her dislike of America.
Here’s where the two come together in her dissent.
A Martian arriving here from another planet would see these circumstances and surely wonder: “what good is the Constitution, then?” What, really, is this system for protecting people’s rights if it amounts to this—placing the onus on the victims to invoke the law’s protection, and rendering the very institution that has the singular function of ensuring compliance with the Constitution powerless to prevent the Government from violating it? “Those things Americans call constitutional rights seem hardly worth the paper they are written on!”
This is the literary technique known as ‘putting your own words in someone else’s mouth’. It’s generally supposed to be a bit more sophisticated than a Martian.

The constitution, or U.S. Constitution as we say, more formally the Constitution of the United States applies to American citizens, as one may infer from the title. Walking across the border or landing in an airport in America when a birthing person is 8 months pregnant makes neither the birthing person nor the clump of cells an American citizen. A better question is “What good is the U.S. Constitution when blithering idiots like KBJ are appointed to uphold it.”

But there is a strong pool of blacks like Clarence Thomas from which to choose. He is thoroughly western and heritage American and so is disqualified as “not black enough.” Is that not classic racism?

Jackson needs to be thrown off the court for her radical expressions about the most important document in history.
If only she had shame, integrity, humility and a heart of service. She knows she “doesn’t understand,” and so she should recuse herself from the bench and ask that she be replaced by someone who is better qualified.

What good is the constitution, a question I’ve been asking since 2020, What good is a constitution, if a coup runs an election violating the laws of multiple states, counts votes in secret, then inaugurates their fake victor behind a military barricade, and then he decides that he will select a Supreme Court Justice only of a certain race and gender. Counter point- What good is a judge that can’t follow the Constitution? On the day she took the oath of office was sworn, in, did she forget those words “to support and defend the Constitution”..? An oath is a promise and a contract between the oath taker and the people of the United States. Breaking the verbal contract is grounds for termination. Audit judges (employees) to see if they they are following their contract. If they’re not, fire them.

In a previous case she upheld the government’s ability to pressure social media to suppress posts on the basis that, to do otherwise would “hinder” the government. Hate to tell her that this is what our Constitution is meant to do. Then, last week she didn’t like having to interpret a statute because the statute was written in “legalese.” Now, she opines that she objects to the onus being on the victims to invoke the law’s protection. Yes, that is how our system works. If the government is trying to take your property under eminent domain, you have to go to court to invoke the law’s protection if you aren’t being given just compensation. If you are the victim of an illegal search, you have the onus of filing a motion to suppress the evidence. She is just so dim. Maybe she should resign and follow her dream of being an actress on Broadway. At least there she might have some talent.

I had to look it up. It looks like impeachment is the only legal way to get rid of a Supreme Court justice. But it also requires a 2/3 vote of the Senate which is impracticable.
