A CBP officer was assaulted and shot in the face in New York City by two illegal alien criminals who were supposed to be deported and were protected by sanctuary states and cities.
Miguel Francisco Mora Munez and Christhian Aybar-Berroa were among the millions of illegal alien invaders caught and released by the Biden administration.
Munez was arrested four times between 2023 and 20225 in New York and Massachusetts. Three of those arrests occured in NYC. Neither jurisdiction turned him over to immigration authorities despite there being an order of removal against him.
Christhian Aybar-Berroa has a deportation order against him as well.
Neither illegal alien invader should have been in this country. Neither one should have been released into America. Neither should have been arrested without being handed over to immigration authorities.
There’s only one way this wave of crime and violence in New York and across sanctuary states and cities ends. And that’s with direct federal military intervention.
That may be necessary to avoid Civil War: direct takeover of some Democrat cities by the Federal Government.
Sounds good to me. Some cities are out of control. NYC, Chicago, LA and others. All D-Bag strongholds, of course.

The CBP officer, as well as anyone else who has been harmed by an illegal alien in a sanctuary jurisdiction should civilly sue the sanctuary government for damages. To get around those governments which claim sovereign immunity, Congress can pass a Federal law stripping sovereign immunity in cases where that government didn’t cooperate with ICE.
