In the most recent episode of the Freedom Center’s podcast The Savage Truth, host Cicely Davis discusses James Comey’s “86/47” scandal which reeks of D.C. elitism. She also eviscerates Rep. Jasmine Crockett’s tired race-baiting tune, and expresses hope as Pope Leo XIV calls for tradition and the revival of moral clarity in a confused world.

Am trying to keep an open mind about Pope Leo and tend to agree with
Cicely Davis. Right off the bat, I castigated the new Pope for his critical
retweets of President Trump but OTOH I was very impressed with his
first homily. He questioned why it was okay to consider the teachings of
Christianity absurd today – going on to say that even Christians themselves
no longer believed in the divinity of the man Jesus Christ. And as a result
their faith crumbled when easily challenged (No wonder Catholics/Christians
don’t object fiercely when their Christianity is mocked and treated as ‘absurd’.)
For the Pope to address why the pews are empty throughout the Church in
the West today is a wonderful thing. It sounds like he wants Catholics to
examine why – and in doing so, examine more closely the teachings of Jesus
and what he means in their lives.
The Nuclear Family and Faith is the only thing that will save America. Not imports.
Let’s not be naive but be wise and learn from the history of the papacy with its many popes.. It’s best not to trust Pope Leo XIV too much.
There’s only one person in whom to place your hope and that’s Jesus Christ. All other paths lead to Hell.
No. A thousand times No. The pope needs to discard his garb, leave the Vatican and believe on and trust the Lord Jesus Christ, alone, as his Saviour.
The pope did not descend apostolicly from Peter. It’s very easy to see that from just reading the scriptures. When Peter is resurrected, he will be resurrected on earth in Jerusalem Israel, when he will then judge his Jewish tribe. Peter has had no connection with Catholicism whatsover.
Matthew 19:28 “…Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.”
