After inviting a Hizbollah leader to his inauguration, appointing Hamas/Muslim Brotherhood leaders to be the Ambassador to Kuwait and the U.S. Attorney for Los Angeles, and cutting deals with the leading supporters of global terrorism – Qatar and Saudi Arabia – most of us thought things could not get worse in the Trump Administration.
Alas, we were wrong.
It appears key people inside the Trump Administration are intentionally bringing terrorists into the White House to undermine U.S. national security.
Friday evening – May 16th – the Trump Administration announced the new names for the advisory board for the Commission on Religious Liberty. Included among the names of individuals to serve on the “Advisory Board of Lay Leaders” were Ismail Royer and Shaykh Hamza Yusuf.
Hamza Yusuf is an Islamic scholar, a Hamas/Muslim Brotherhood leader, and a supporter of Al Qaeda & Hamas terrorists.
Randall Todd “Ismail” Royer is a terrorist. A real terrorist.
As an FBI agent, my squad at the Washington Field Office worked a case which came to be known as the “Virginia Jihad Network” which included a group of jihadis/Islamic terrorists who trained with paintball guns in preparation for going overseas to fight “Holy War” for the Islamic cause.
Ismail Royer played a prominent role in the case.

In fact, Royer was sentenced to 20 years in prison for his role in this case. Here are some of the highlights from the Statement of Facts:
* Royer assisted (co-conspirators) in gaining entry to a jihad camp run by (designated Foreign Terrorist Organization) Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET).
* In the mid 1990’s Royer went to Bosnia to fight with his brother muslims against non-muslim forces. He completed a 6-week jihadi training and fought with the mujahadeen in battles.
* He trained at LET jihadi camps, helped LET in a variety of ways off the battlefield, and supported their cause.
* Royer participated in firing on Indian positions in Kashmir.
* When Royer returned to the United States he continued to take actions to help the designated Foreign Terrorist Organization Lashkar-e-Taiba, including recruiting others to fight for them.
In the April 9, 2004 Department of Justice press release regarding Royer’s sentencing, U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft stated, “Today’s sentences demonstrate the severe penalties for aiding terrorist causes…We will not allow terrorist groups to exploit America’s freedoms to pursue their deadly goals.”
Royer pled guilty to lesser charges, but “admitted to aiding and abetting co-defendants Masoud Khan, Yong Ki Kwon, Muhammed Aatique and Khwaja Mahmoud Hasan in gaining entry to a terrorist training camp in Pakistan operated by Lashkar-e-Taiba.”
Royer was sentenced to 20 years in prison and ended up serving the majority of that time.
It’s worth noting, Royer worked for U.S. Hamas doing business as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR).
This is the guy the Trump Administration appointed to sit on the advisory board for the U.S. Commission on Religious Liberty.
Trump’s recent words and deeds with respect to Islam and the Middle East have been mystifying, at best. Hard to say how much is the result of ignorance, naivetee (variation of ignorance), and/or bad people having his ear. It has been nothing short of shocking and disgusting to watch this unfold. Never in a million years would I have imagined this from Trump, but here we are with no apparent end in sight. I hope FPM readers are calling elected officials and sounding the alarm, though the cynic in me doubts it will matter. Thank you for this article. Yet another disaster to add to the list of recent blunders that are steering the ship in the wrong direction, putting our country at risk and in a weak position, while elevating forces that should be marginalized (at best) or outright destroyed.
How long can those excuses hold up.
The usual ain’t it.
“serving a majority of the time” How much?
Trump got by with many stupid personal decisions during his first term by people saying that he did not understand DC politics. Unfortunately, either he is too dumb to learn, too lazy to check or does not give a damn. We can only hope that his successor does a better job of swamp draining.
Excuser Madame: “too dumb” ? As a self made billionaire in the battlefield of New York real estate, creator of #1 TV Show and star of his own beauty pageant, someone calling him ‘dumb’ is either dumb as a stump themselves or a paid shill. Nobody can be that stupid.
‘Too lazy’ gives you away as the shill (probably paid) that you are. At age 78, most people in the Whitehouse can’t even keep up with him.
“Doesn’t give a damn’ exposes you as definitely a paid shill. A cursory look by a 6yr old at what he has done for children, women, the border etc. 100 times over would tell them how much he cares for America and the people of America. Look at the family he has raised (my measure of a man). And he doesn’t smoke or drink.
Your comments aren’t looking too good right now, are they ?
Rev. Roy……..<
How do we get this article into the hands of Donald Trump jr. or someone close enough to President Trump that he will listen to and take seriously?
How dare anyone criticize anything Trump, the perfect human being, does! Anyone who criticizes even one thing he does has to be a liberal American-hater who supports Communism, pedophiles, (and bringing back 8-track tapes.) They also have to be total failures in life who have accomplished nothing positive.
Sorry, I thought today was “Imitate Always-Trumpers Day.”
See ritchie, you are finally getting it. Yeah, I know you thought you were describing someone else. But you characterized yourself perfectly, especially the part about 8-track tapes. The only question is do you really support Communism, pedophiles and LGBTQ/trans losers. I already know you don’t like armed patriots.
What you are looking for is “Support Joe Biden Day”
I think there are good people in his various circles that do have his ear (Tom Cotton is one name that comes to mind, and I think Ben Shapiro) but perhaps not enough of them and/or just impossible to wield influence on this topic.
It’s deeply disturbing to realize the breadth and depth of ignorance and influence in our country by evil actors rooted in Islamic teachings. It’s been going on a long time and their reach has only expanded. Now, all the way it seems, to Donald Trump.
That said, it could never be that one man would make everything right, but wow, he needs to wake up. But beyond Trump, the mindless ignorance that pervades our culture is significant and one wonders if we can truly recover from the impact of it.
You could always try the post office. But you won’t. Your modus operandi has always been “Let someone else do it”
To me the burning question is “WHY IS THIS MAN HERE”??? Once you take up arms in a FOREIGN land and target US Personnel you should NEVER be allowed to return to the USA!
I do wonder if PRESIDENT TRUMP even has been informed who these people are. If he has and approves then I’m terribly disappointed – UNLESS – the intent is to have someone showcase the absolute INSANE IDEOLOGY that needs to be eliminated from the USA!
Could it be a case of “keep your friends close, and your enemies closer”?
Oy Vey!! Have we already lost our President to the wiles of Islamic duplicity and deliberate lies? A jet plane from Qatar, deals with the Saudis for weapons and AI technological development while seemingly ignorant of both of these countries practicing Wahhabism?
Witkoff and Trump may be very well intentioned, but I am much afraid that unless they become highly literate of Islam, they are and will be outplayed by these governments and any allegiances will bring only temporary benefits with the likelihood of our longterm future being sacrificed to their Islamist god.
Al Qaeda, ISIS, Al Shuraa (new leader in Syria) and others calling themselves Salafis are Wahabbists.
Pride and ego are dangerous when addressing them for they are often da more knowledgeable about us than we are them.
Maybe Trump is smarter than we think. Maybe it’s a matter of keeping your friends close and keeping your enemies closer. What better way to keep tabs on these lunatics?
If Trump could be everywhere and do everything all at the same time, we could eliminate the entire federal government, along with all state and local governments. He has enough on his plate. Is there evidence he even knows who this terrorist character is? So far as him cooperating with Muslim governments, what else should he do? I have no use for the warlord who lived so long ago and has done so much damage. But what he started has become very successful and must now be dealt with in an intelligent manner. When I was growing up, they were all in their own countries and culture, so there was no problem. Now it’s different.
