Joe “Bad Touch” Biden is notorious for his behavior around women. He stayed out of the 2016 race and was hesitating to get into the 2020 race because everyone knew what would happen. Now that he decided to get in… it’s happening.

First up, Lucy Flores, former Dem nominee for Lt. Gov in Nevada, accused Joe of being Joe. That is, smelling her hair and kissing the back of her neck.

Team Bad Touch offered a non-denial denial, claiming that Biden is often affectionate and didn’t believe he was behaving inappropriately.

Showing a little bit of creative damage control, Team Bad Touch tried to head off the problem by getting former Defense Secretary Ash Carter’s wife, who had been caught on video in an awkward moment with Biden while her husband was speaking, to deny that Biden acted inappropriately.

The goal here was likely to get in front of the second Bad Touch accusation. It’s here now.

A Connecticut woman says Joe Biden touched her inappropriately and rubbed noses with her during a 2009 political fundraiser in Greenwich when he was vice president, drawing further scrutiny to the Democrat and his history of unwanted contact with women as he ponders a presidential run

“It wasn’t sexual, but he did grab me by the head,” Amy Lappos told The Courant Monday. “He put his hand around my neck and pulled me in to rub noses with me. When he was pulling me in, I thought he was going to kiss me on the mouth.”

“I never filed a complaint, to be honest, because he was the vice president. I was a nobody,” Lappos said. “There’s absolutely a line of decency. There’s a line of respect. Crossing that line is not grandfatherly. It’s not cultural. It’s not affection. It’s sexism or misogyny.”

A spokeswoman for Biden declined to respond to the allegations by Lappos and instead offered a statement that Biden issued Sunday about the Flores controversy.

“In my many years on the campaign trail and in public life, I have offered countless handshakes, hugs, expressions of affection, support and comfort. And not once – never – did I believe I acted inappropriately,” Biden said. “If it is suggested I did so, I will listen respectfully. But it was never

That’s as mentioned, is a non-denial denial.

“Never – did I believe I acted inappropriately,” Biden says.

Key word here is “believe”. That’s a lawyerism. When you see it, especially being used by a lawyer or under the advice of a lawyer, that’s as good as an admission of guilt.

The floodgates just opened. 

Biden has been photographed and taped countless times behaving this way around women. If only 1% come forward, we’re looking at Bill Cosby numbers.
