Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon has suspended prosecutor Shea Sanna for “deadnaming” convicted child molester James Tubbs, who now calls himself “Hannah” and is accused of beating a man to death in Kern County, California. Sanna argued that Tubbs, 27, was gaming the system with a gender-identity con. The disciplined prosecutor also calls Tubbs a “predator,” with good reason.
In 2013, Tubbs was accused of fondling a four-year-old girl and six months later in 2014 he attacked a 10-year-old girl in the bathroom of a Denny’s restaurant. In jailhouse phone calls, Tubbs boasted about getting better treatment by calling himself a “tranny.” Tubbs also called himself a “grown-ass man” and joked about making up the gender con. Tubbs is hardly the first to play that game.
Back in 1980 in Los Angeles, a man named Rodney Quine gunned down Shahid Ali Baig, a father of three, then stole Baig’s car and $80. Quine was twice-married and had fathered two daughters, but once in prison the murderer claimed to have sought female status since the age of nine.
According to an August 2015 LifeSiteNews report, federal judge Jon Tigar “assigned himself to Quine’s case and appointed a team of San Francisco lawyers and the Transgender Law Center to represent him.” Tigar claimed that denying a prisoner’s “gender reassignment” surgery may constitute “deliberate indifference” to a serious medical need and, if so, would be unconstitutionally “cruel and unusual punishment.”
For the Obama judge, convicted murderers have a right to gender reassignment surgery, regardless of cost. In 2015, California became the first state to pony up taxpayers’ money for the sex-change operation of a convicted criminal. On January 5, 2017, Shiloh Heavenly Quine, 57, became the first U.S. inmate to receive state-funded sex-reassignment, at a cost of some $100,000.
“It just made me dizzy and sick,” Farida Baig, the murder victim’s daughter, told reporters. “I’m helping pay for his surgery. I live in California. It’s kind of like a slap in the face.”
Previously confined at the Mule Creek State Prison for men, Quine is now inmate WB1121 at the Central California Women’s Facility. Such inmates must now be provided with nightgowns, scarves, necklaces and such, all at taxpayer expense.
In 2023, career criminal James Tubbs has that all precedent on his side, plus the pro-bono advocacy of white District Attorney George Gascon, who enjoyed the backing of billionaire George Soros in his 2020 campaign against the African American Jackie Lacey. Gascon has claimed he was unaware of Tubbs’ previous criminal offences and should have been harsher. It’s far more likely that Gascon knew all about it and chose to be lenient.
Tubbs had attack young girls but was not required to register as a sex offender. Gascon is housing Tubbs with juveniles and accepting his identification as a woman. The DA now takes it to a new level by suspending Sean Sanna for doing his job.
Sanna accurately described a career criminal and called out his gender identity con. For seeking the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, Sanna was suspended. The Daily Mail’s request for an explanation brought this response from Tiffiny Blacknell, director of communications for Gascon’s office.
“While we cannot comment on the specifics of a personnel matter, I can say that the actions taken by the Department were the result of the findings conducted by an independent County Policy of Equity Investigation,” Blacknell said. “I can also say is that the Transgender community is frequently the target of violent attacks. They are also reluctant to come forward and report their attacks because of how they’re treated in the criminal legal system. The LADA office takes seriously our responsibility to treat all people with respect and dignity no matter their gender identity.”
As it happens, Tiffiny Blacknell worked on Gascon’s campaign for DA and in online posts has contended that “prison is obsolete,” called the LAPD an “occupying army,” and so on. Gascon hired Blacknell as a Grade 4 prosecutor despite her lack of experience.
Veteran prosecutor Cindy Wallace told reporters Gascon was “bringing in hostile, inexperienced outsiders in here who essentially want to dismantle the entire system, who are anti-police, anti-prison, anti any sort of punishment at all for any crimes.” That’s George Gascon all over.
In the Tubbs case, observers could say, grown-ass man Tubbs fooled dumb-ass man Gascon, who often betrays a look of mental vacancy in the style of Joe Biden. On the other hand, there’s more to the pro-crime DA than people might think.
George Gascon appears to be afflicted with Advanced Reality Dysphoria (ARD) which obscures the distinction between violent criminals and their victims, and blurs the line between justice and injustice. ARD can also render a district attorney incapable of recognizing a criminal’s attempt to get lenient treatment by claiming to be a woman.
That can be checked by hormones, chromosomes, skeletal structure, and such, but the Gascon administration doesn’t follow the science. George Gascon is evidence that ARD is incurable and harmful to the public. No justice, no peace.
Watch for Gascon to target Sean Sanna for dismissal. Watch for a judge to rule that James Tubbs must get a tuck-and-roll job on the taxpayer’s dime. And don’t be surprised if Hannah Tubbs winds up at the California Women’s Facility with Shiloh Heavenly Quine.
The old “personnel matter” con.
Is a Grade 4 prosecutor somebody with the intelligence of a Grade 4 graduate?
George Gascon appears to be a bought a paid for hard core Satanist.
“ They are also reluctant to come forward and report their attacks because of how they’re treated in the criminal legal system. ”
If they don’t come forward, how do they know they don’t come forwards?
They could equally be coming forward claiming they are not coming forward.
Typical government logic.
They had a chance to recall the creature Gascon but failed to obtain enough petition signatures. The people of L.A. county are as crazy as he is.
vote fraud. so we don’t know about validity of any vote that benefits the left. . why is this so difficult to remember?
Nonsense. More than enough votes were submitted but a larger than usual percent were invalidated
No more catch and Release when it comes to these violent felons they need locked away for life without any parole or Plea Bargains keep them there until they die
Insanity….Only in California and blue states.
Someone suggested that spite was what motivated Basement Joe to undo all the successful reforms of the Trump presidency. I hope he gets his comeuppance. Such as spending his declining years eating ice cream in his basement. Perhaps he can geta a complete set of Murder she wrote, Diagnosis Murder and Mattlock to watch while he dreams of being back in the Oval Office.
The people who enable such leftist DAs must be suffering from an unrealism syndrome that leads them to fill society with unrepentant criminals.
