Federal district court judges issuing nationwide injunctions are a constitutional abomination that allows the opposing party to ‘judge shop’ and empowers federal judges to overrule the president not just in local cases, but on a national level, forcing the president to run to the Supreme Court for relief.
That is not remotely the system that the Framers had in mind.
The idea of the Supreme Court overruling the president was controversial back then when applied not just to an individual case but to setting a national precedent, but the idea of a D.C. judge being able to issue a nationwide injunction was inconceivable.
The second term of the Trump administration showed us what happens when a massive activist leftist lawfare campaign coordinates with federal judges to effectively function as a shadow government.
And that means the country is no longer run by a government of elected officials with some appointed officials wielding limited powers, but that it’s the elected officials who have very limited powers, while the appointed officials, whether federal judges or bureaucrats, have virtually unlimited powers.
America ceases to be a government of the people and becomes a government of the judges, by the judges and for the judges.
America has become Israel.

Andrew Jackson ignored the Supreme Court when they told him he could not resettle the Indians from the East Coast to land west of the Mississippi. Jackson ordered the Army to move the Indians and it was done. Odd, that about 200 years later, Trump has almost the same problem today with illegals. Trump must also ignore the Court today because the Constitution gives him the right to protect our nation.
The US has long been a country of lawyers, by lawyers, for lawyers, but these days it’s becoming a country of judges, by judges, for judges.
The House Republicans need to get their act together and abolish a lot of the Federal District Courts and their jurisdictions and legislate to properly down the jurisdictions of the the remainder.
The president and Congress have been complicit.
Then they can lie to WTP and say “I tried, but I can’t because a judge won’t let me.”
But the judges are appointed, not elected.
When the president says this, then the only options for WTP are submit to judicial tyranny or revolt.
Rather the president must disregard the judiciary and do his duty.

It’s easy, ignore the courts. Biden did it with the approval of the judiciary. They have no credibility after the last four years of complete and utter lawlessness. Roberts was 100% A-OK with Democrat lawmakers issuing death threats and sending their goons to the homes of judges to harass them. Democrats publicly bragged about ignoring court rulings. The MAGA agenda is wildly popular, the only way the courts can stem the unstoppable tide is to halt his policies. Failure to enact the agenda will result in loss of political support. Just steamroll them and continue with the agenda.
The Administrative Procedure Act installs a whole separate legal system for appealing determinations of alphabet agencies (EPA, INS, OSHA, etc.) that enables a District Court judge to nationally enjoin an executive branch action via an administrative agency based on the judge’s determination that the action was not “rationally related” to a statutory purpose. For example, a judge might determine that any ICE deportation of illegal aliens is “irrational.” What does “rationality” mean to “woke” judges? You see the problem. In serving the permanent bureaucracy, “woke” federal court judges have usurped the democratic process. If this state of affairs is allowed to stand, it makes no difference who wins elections because a “woke” federal judiciary will have changed America into a dictatorship of the permanent bureaucracy.
Just ignore them and deport all the illegals anyway. What are they going to do? How will they enforce their injunctions? Where are their divisions?
It doesn’t take into account the something like allowing millions of migrants to cross into the country nearly at once. Who in 1789 could have imagined that would happen?
No nation has the resources for such an event just as no nation can do the impossible.
Because one administration was wildly irresponsible, the next one should be compelled to dot every single ‘i’ no matter if that would take decades?
What happens in the meantime?
There is a rule of law, but does that mean there is no rule of reason?
