I greatly express the boldness of David in defense of truth against demonically energized adversaries. I appreciated his reports and emails. He saw the blatant evils of communism, departed from it and exercised courage and withstood persecutions. J. Low “Look to Me, and be saved, all you ends of the earth! So sad to lose a hero.., aren’t many left and surely none as brilliant as David. He moved me from a a state and academic useful, leftist idiot into a sane, inlightened, civilized person. Thank G d and David!
I wish that I could have a decent conversation with a leftist, but most will not a discussion because they really are not prepared to have a debate. They simply resort to name calling and how stupid we are, or to a laughing emoji.

David Horowitz was a Great American. His books and teachings did indeed help to wake me up! I am forever grateful for David’s wisdom and historical truth!
No one like him – and he spoke from a place of bravery and experience – willing to go against a lifetime of friends and colleagues and willing to pay the price of their rejection. His come to Jesus moment (no pun intended) after the woman he had recommended to the Panthers, Betty Van Patter, and who was found floating in SF bay – David Horowitz did the only right thing to do – he spoke out against the thugs they had become (and maybe always were). I remember living in LA when Heterodoxy his mag was like a flame of light in the wilderness and the only voice speaking out against the lunacy of so many out there. RIP.

Civil Defense is right and proper…and necessary to pass on what our ancestors bequeathed to us – the Declaration, the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the very idea of individual rights over tribal affiliations. David Horowitz broke with a very powerful–and dangerous–tribe of radical left ideologues to seek truth and beauty in life.
I thank you, sir, for your passion, your books, articles, Restoration Weekends and DHFC for staking ground in our divisive nation for truth, evidence, mankind, intellect, compassion and fellowship. America needed you, I will miss you, may your legacy live on.
My deepest condolences to David’s family. If not for David I would not be a Conservative. I started this road reading his articles here at Frontpage 30 years ago. They were deep, insightful and all of them drove to the core of the issues and didn’t just flip the stories based on the news of the day. I carry a little bit David Horowitz with me in everything I consider and conclude.
