The title of this missive comes from the oath we take in the military, “to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign, and domestic. And to bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” It is an oath that true members of our military understand has no statute of limitations. For me it represents the idea that this Nation requires those who will forever be Guardians of the Republic, which was the title of the first book that I wrote. Several generations in my family have taken that oath and served in combat. And that is the same experience in many families across America.
Today we face not just enemies from without, such as our #1 geo-political foe, China, but we have enemies from within. That is why the quote attributed to Roman Statesman Cicero is relevant to what is happening in America.
Last week, Title 42 policy ended. It was something that the Biden administration desired, along with ending the “Remain in Mexico” policy. It cannot be debated–this current administration is enacting treasonous actions to undermine the sovereignty of our Constitutional Republic, and is in violation of our Constitution. The fact that members of this administration would lie under oath, such as Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorgas, telling us the border is secure is unconscionable. And to have the official mouthpiece of the administration, Karine Jean-Pierre, asserting that there has been a 90% decrease in illegal immigration is pure lying, deception. And even her correction stating that Joe Biden is offering, by way of an App, pardons to individuals to illegally enter America is unconstitutional, as he does not have that enumerated power. Furthermore, her explanation that there has been a 90% decrease in Cubans and Venezuelans belies the real evil of this policy. Cubans and Venezuelans are seeking to escape hard line socialist regimes. The American progressive socialists know that these demographic groups will not embrace the very same here…in other words they will not be dependable leftist voters.
If it is not a concern for you that we are witnessing policies that bring about the destruction of our Country and disregard for our rule of law, then you should evaluate whether you fit into Cicero’s description of a traitor. No longer can we afford to operate under these rules of kindness when one side operates under the rules for radicals.
No, our economy is not strong. No, we are no longer energy independent. No, we no longer possess a powerful military deterrent…matter of fact we are a joke, as indicated by drag queen recruiters. No, we are not respected across the globe because our foreign policy is abysmal, and to have France’s President Macron downplay alliance with the US after a visit to China is telling. No, our streets are not safe, as the progressive socialist leftists by way of their well-placed Soros backed district attorneys are releasing violent criminals. No, we do not have educational freedom and parental choice when the leftist teachers’ unions concentrate more power. Parents are being told they will lose their children if they do not consent to gender mutilation– heck, we are now struggling to understand what a woman is. We cannot be trusted to decide what car we wish to drive or appliances we want in our home, and we are being told how our home should be constructed.
The dangerous infiltration of cultural Marxism is dividing the Country in a detrimental way.
It was back in 2008, Columbia Missouri, just days before that presidential election when one Senator Barack Obama shouted “we are five days from fundamentally transforming the United States of America”…and no one asked what that meant. The following February 2009, Newsweek ran a cover and claimed, “We are all Socialists Now”.
Not me…and I pray many of you will reject that position.
Progressive socialism, statism, collectivism, Marxism, and communism is the antithesis of our Constitutional Republic. It is indeed the enemy of our foundational principles and values. Churchill claimed that socialism is a “philosophy of failure and a creed of ignorance.”We are embroiled in a seminal ideological war in America, one that has to be won by constitutional conservatives…not leftists, and certainly not those who subscribe to the principles of being moderate. There is a clear and present chasm, a choice for us to make. It is not possible to compromise with traitors, simply because compromise and bipartisanship, even debate, is not what they seek. They want totalitarian control, tyranny, and it is seen by their suppression of any opposing thought, perspective, and insight…which appears to be the real mission of groups like Antifa, Jane’s Revenge, and the delusional acolytes of gender dysphoria. As I have said before, “when tolerance becomes a one-way street, it leads to cultural suicide.
So, what is our recourse? Frederick Douglass uttered it once upon a time in a speech given on 15 November 1867, “A man’s rights rest in three boxes. The ballot box, jury box, and the cartridge box. Let no man be kept from the ballot box because of his color. Let no woman be kept away from the ballot box because of her sex.” Douglass was then addressing this issue towards the very same political party that still seeks to undermine our individual rights…the Democrat party. We are losing in the courts, and the leftists are angered that they lost the Supreme Court. We must reassert election integrity policies and legislation to restore the ballot box. And we must never allow these maniacal leftists to disarm us so that we cannot defend ourselves by way of the cartridge box.
A line in the sand has been drawn. Our domestic enemy has intentionally identified themselves. It is sad that we are at this point, but the progressive socialist leftists have indeed declared war on America, its foundations, fundamentals, principles and values. These leftists have proven to us that they are more than willing to use violence as a means to their ends. We have to be smarter, but we must also be resolute and vigilant, never cowering.
As I articulated to my troops in combat, there are two choices…get to fightin’ or get to dyin’. My choice is to fight the traitors, the sly whisperers…what is your choice?

Not only did I take that same oath to the US Constitution, but I spent 12 years working with, photographing and writing about, the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association. The PHSA oath is the same, but also includes “… I swear to Remember Pearl Harbor and Keep America Alert!”
David Horowitz has spent those decades explaining this 5th column threat to all who cared to listen; few did.
But Colonel West has nailed it… and one of my many concerns is that these “whispers” also include open anarchy, targeted death threats and intimidation, and social media manipulation to drive away most Americans who dare to take on the Marxist vanguard.
These “transformers of America” have bilked BILLIONS of dollars out of tax coffers and corporate America. Thru COVID rip-offs or their most brilliant tactical tool, they’ve discovered is what I call the “self-feeding extortion loop” thru highly publicized guilt trips, social media shaming and threats of urban violence.
How can average Americans fight an enemy that has billions of dollars at its disposal, and legions of hired hit teams, recently released felons, gang and cartel goons, or just Union zealots mustered with the click of a smart phone?
Since that oath to the Pearl Harbor Survivors, I’ve constantly quipped… Keep America Alert to what?

If the Oath to defend the Constitution for our Military takes precedent over that part of the Oath to obey a traitorous President who has violated his Oath and the Constitution, then the military must mobolize on their own initiative and defend our border. The sycophantic Washington hierarchy must also be kept out of the loop. The rank & file warriors need leaders unwilling to compromise their sacred oath.

Everyday Americans typically seem to have no real idea of what’s happening in this country. Media has successfully shielded most from the attack on the Union. The President declares the greatest threat to the nation is “White Supremacy”. And who is that? EVERYONE who is white who doesn’t go along with the program.
I took that oath in 1966 and received a Purple Heart for a wound received in combat. I didn’t think about dying. I just believed my country needed me at the time, so I went into the Marines. I still hold that oath.

Unless acted upon, such an oath is worthless and only words.

Founding documents not relevant? You must be stupid, stupid, stupid. Some of the best ideas to come from the pens of freedom minded men, aside from the Bible.
They are beautiful, relevant and timeless. If you don’t believe, you don’t deserve your freedom bought by the many who “have” sacrificed for those documents.
It is the human nature that we fight against, that people like the Founders warned us about, that gave us the second Amendment, because the ability to fight government tyranny starts with self defense.
Once there was a debate–the Federalists v. the Anti-Federalists. Who won that debate and whose view has been vindicated in the 200+ years since then?
Think clearly. The Constitution is precisely how we got where we are today. If it worked, we wouldn’t be here. How many times have you read “the founding fathers would be rolling over in their graves.” You can’t say, we weren’t warned.
Ask the J6 prisoners how relevant their constitutional protections are to them.
And nobody has “sacrificed” blood for those documents since 1861. Every other war since then has been foreign interventions which would never have happened had we followed the founder’s intent. Every war since WWII has been illegal and unconstitutional without a declaration of war by Congress…and nobody cares. I am pretty sure a few brave enlisted soldiers objected to that fact and pulled time in Leavenworth (you probably called them a coward.) Name ONE field grade officer since 1945 who stepped up and put their commission, their freedom and their pension on the line to put the breaks on military action that clearly contravenes the Constitution and the vow they took to “support and defend.”
And do you people even read the bible? It literally condones slavery. It is one of the worst sources to argue for freedom and human rights. The idea that slavery was evil and immoral had to be spread at the point of a bayonet throughout the Confederate South, among the most pious Christians this nation has ever seen.

In the article it quotes PART of the enlisted man Oath, read the full Oath. If you swear an oath you swear to all of it, not cherry pick what you want. I myself cannot abide to the oath I swore to because I could never follow the orders of this president, nor the officers he appointed over me. Do I need an oath to defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic? HELL NO!!! Stop claiming to be a Patriot because you took an oath of enlistment..
