Ambulance needs to urgently get a patient to the hospital? Sorry, it ain’t happening. Some members of a racist hate group have decided to block traffic to protest in support of a thug who opened fire on police officers.
While taking police on a high-speed car pursuit, Jayland Walker shot at them with a handgun. This shooting was broadcast over the radio by an officer, a spent shell casing was later found in the area where it occurred, and a loaded magazine and a black handgun were located in Walker’s car.
So, when Walker finally slowed his car down, jumped out running from the officers and then very uncharacteristically turned toward them while making it appear as if he was going for the gun he had just used, the eight officers reacted the way they were trained.
They reasonably believed Walker was going for a gun, they reasonably feared for their lives, and they reasonably used justified deadly force.
Shell casings were found in his car. It’s beyond insane that this even went to the grand jury.
But black nationalists and their leftist allies are outraged that the grand jury did its job and did not decide to indict police officers for shooting at a guy who had been shooting at them.
And the current rules say that officers can’t interfere with them when they block traffic.
The City of Akron is temporarily barred from using non-lethal force against nonviolent protestors, according to a joint stipulation entered as an order by the court late Friday.
Non-violent has an interesting definition here. So does force.
Under the order, the City of Akron, including its Police Department and any other agency or personnel working at its behest, is restrained from using tear gas, pepper spray, flash-bang grenades, rubber bullets, wooden pellets, batons, body slams, pushing or pulling, or kettling on nonviolent protestors to enforce dispersal orders, traffic laws, and/or misdemeanors that were not committed with actual or imminently threatened physical harm or property destruction or with attempted or actual trespass on private property or secured government buildings/facilities.
BLM can block traffic and keep ambulances from saving people’s lives, but police can’t even push them.
How do the cops arrest them under those conditions? They can’t.
This is what a racist two-tier system looks like. BLM is allowed to do anything it likes and law enforcement can’t even respond.
Ummm. It says, “that were not committed with actual or imminently threatened physical harm.”
Blocking an ambulance actually or imminently threatens physical harm to whomever in the ambulance is being denied emergency care. Not complicated.
Use loud horns aimed right in the face or ears v of protestors
Then the protesters will start damaging your car and sue you for loss of their hearing. They will not to pay for their damage to your car, but you will have to pay for their Ghetto lawsuit for loosing their hearing. That is the new judicial system in America.

Simple solution:: Hire Hispanic gangs to shoot ’em all down. Whites get to use the streets, the Hispanics earn some money, and the crime rate in the area drops by 80% due to local thug losses.

Then armed citizens need to do the job the government refuses to do (unless its against patriotic conservatives, apparently).
when lawgivers, stop law officers from enforcing the law, and keeping the peace, there is nothing but lawlessness and war in their future. They are just hoping to have enough power and money to ride out what they created. They won’t.
If the judge ever calls police about an intruder on his property, they should refuse to respond.
No mention of banning use of the spray from fire hoses to disperse persons unlawfully blocking public roads.
Or attack dogs.
Or soapy water.. In the Days of Sail, when boarding an enemy ship, they used to throw Caltrops on the targeted deck, along with soapy water, so the defenders would slip and get impaled on the Caltrops.
