The same guy who oversaw America’s humiliating collapse in Afghanistan was sent in to reassure Ukraine after Russia opened a new front.
U.S Secretary of State Antony Blinken made a surprise trip to Kyiv on Tuesday, meeting with President Volodymyr Zelensky as Russian forces make significant gains on the battlefield in Ukraine.
Blinken’s visit was the first by a Biden administration official since the long-delayed passage of US supplemental funding to the war-torn country.
“I have come to Ukraine with a message: You are not alone,” he said during a speech at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
James Taylor apparently wasn’t available.
‘Rockin’ in the Free World’ is already a dumb choice. It’s not a validation of America, but an attack on it. America is depicted as a giant homeless encampment of junkies suffering under capitalism and the first Bush administration. It’s basically Marxist propaganda despite people treating it as some sort of patriotic hymn because they never bothered to listen to the lyrics.
But whatever the song was, it’s unserious behavior in the middle of a war, especially a war in which people are dying, and a war that may be on the verge of being lost.
But we’re not a serious country and the only thing this administration is serious about is suppressing domestic dissent.
They gave Ukraine some very bad advice before the “big offensive” awhile back.

Wondering is Mr. Blinken asking for the Ukrainian report showing that Ukraine has used American Military aid is consistent with its obligations under international humanitarian law or with best practices for mitigating civilian harm, or is that only expected from Israel?
This reminds me of John Kerry being photographed riding a pink girls-bike while he was negotiating with Iran.

The Ukraine is where China is fighting a. proxie war against the U.S, only extending the war farther. Such big interest in Ukaine, but not helping Israel.
