Bail funds are arguably illegal and a violation of the rules governing nonprofits. They also keep getting people killed.
A David Horowitz Freedom Center investigation previously revealed that bail funds, like those backed by Kamala Harris, had led to at least ten murders.
Like these.
In St. Louis, the Bail Project bailed out a man after he beat his wife. That night, he beat her again resulting in “a broken eye socket, several broken ribs, and (bruises) from head to toe.” She died.
In Indianapolis, the Bail Project freed Marcus Garvin after he was arrested for stabbing a man. Garvin then stabbed Christie Holt and left her body to rot in a motel for a week before trying to dismember her. It freed Deonta Williams who then stabbed two cops in an ambush.
The death toll is now up to at least 16.
A man charged with capital murder following a series of attacks that left six people dead in Bexar County and Austin on Tuesday was bonded out of the Bexar County Jail by a Texas organization nearly two years ago.
Bexar County booking records obtained by KSAT show Shane James, 34, was bonded out in early 2022 by Laquita Garcia, who is statewide policy coordinator for the Texas Organizing Project (TOP), an area group that advocates for bail reform.
Sources told KSAT that James had three pending cases in Bexar County for misdemeanor assault causing bodily injury-family.
The Biden administration and Democrats are rushing to blame guns, when they should actually be blaming their own bail funds.
The Texas Organizing Project does a lot more than just bail out violent criminals so they can kill, it’s a leftist activist group that covers everything from illegal migration to global warming with roots in local Democrat political organizations.
And it also has its own PAC which boasts of running the “largest, independent Get-out-the-Vote political field programs in Texas”
It claims that, “in 2018, we ran our largest program to date, reaching out to more than 900,000 voters in four counties (Harris, Dallas, Bexar, and Fort Bend) and turning out 465,405 voters, of which 270,474 were new midterm voters.”
So 6 people are dead because of the actions of a core part of the Texas Democrat party political machine in Houston and Dallas.
16 people are dead because bail funds continue to put violent criminals back on the street as part of a pro-crime program.
This isn’t about gun control, it’s about criminal control.
SPURWING PLOVER says
Hold the whole Bail Fund totally liable for this all especially the Catch and Release Liberal Democrats voting voters over the lives of Crime Victims. Execute the Criminals and give life in prison to all those Bail Funders
BZBBAZ says
While the innocent molder in prison without due process, the guilty go free to kill and maim.
The word is inside out, backwards, and upside down.

That’s the Dirtbagocrat party and its lefty supporters for you.

Angel Jacob says
The current admin is not pro crime and pro terrorism. It’s run by the criminals and terrorists.
NAVY ET1 says
Maybe it’s just me, but it seems like bail funds are a means to an end for Democrats. Elimination of the 2nd Amendment is one of their top priorities, so putting bad guys back on the street will help spike those gun crime numbers. You’ll notice that, suspiciously, they never mention the impact of their revolving door “injustice” system when preaching the woes of gun deaths on CNN because it’s NEVER about the trigger-puller, only the trigger itself.
Kasandra says
Well, you just don’t understand. An oppressive society made them commit the crimes and it would be inequitable to lock them up while law-abiding people remain free. This nation has completely lost its collective mind.
valyria starstorm says
Anyone who bails out a criminal should be held accountable as accessories to any crimes that are committed after the criminal is bailed out.
This is a no brainer.
Jeff Bargholz says
Yes, that proviso should be in all bail contracts, assuming there are written contracts. Any person who pays bail and signs a contract should be exempt from the crime of failure to appear by the defendant, though.
