I have often said that Bernie Sanders has no new ideas. But these are some really, really old ideas. Still socialism is getting passe. It got too trendy too fast. When Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is doing multiple ditzy interviews about Socialism without being able to define it or spell it, it’s time to trade weak Socialism for strong Communism.
Make America Into Venezuela.
“It is time for us to stand up and say there is a better way to use our wealth,” Sanders declared. “We need an international movement that mobilizes behind a vision of shared prosperity, security and dignity for all people and that addresses the massive global inequality that exists not only in wealth, but in political power.”
They have that. It’s called Communism. Sanders has been a fan of it. He honeymooned in the USSR, worked on a Stalinist kibbutz and cheered every brutal Marxist regime in Latin America.
Our job is to reach out to those in every corner of the world who share these values and will fight with us for a better world…. In a time of exploiting wealth in technology we have on this planet the potential to create a decent life for all people.
The Fifteenth World Congress of the Communist International is waiting for you to register online.
But Bernie Sanders does offer a biting criticism of the Democrats.
Our job is to build on our common humanity and to do everything that we can to oppose all of courses where the unaccountable government’s power or unaccountable corporate power who try to divide us up based on the color of our skin, the country we were born in, our religion, our sexual orientation, our gender
Those are called identity politics. They’re the cornerstone of today’s left. As Bernie found out at Netroots.
We know that those forces are working today across national borders and we must do the same and create an international progressive community that stands for social, economic, racial and religious justice for all
Those have worked out really well in Russia, China, Cuba, North Korea, Cambodia, Chicago and Venezuela.
“We must take the opportunity to reconceptualize a global order based on human solidarity…”
Workers of the world arise. You have nothing to lose but your jobs. Which will be used to finance a fourth house for the Sanders clan. The proletariat of Marin County is marching in Washington D.C. and demanding careers as environmental consultants.
