Remember, according to Bernie’s campaign, he is a “proud Jew” who hates the Jewish State, and somehow ends up being surrounded by a host of anti-Semites like Linda Sarsour, Ilhan Omar, Jesse Jackson, and his last imam.
The Imam did not mention, as he has before, that he believes that, “Zionists are the enemies of God.”
Earlier in the conflict, Omar had tweeted, “God willing on this blessed night as the 3rd Intifada begins, the beginning of the end of Zionism is here. May Allah help us overcome this monster, protect the innocent of the world, and accept the murdered as martyrs. ameen #48kMarch #3rdIntifada.”
A year before his Hamas outrage, Imam Suleiman had claimed in a YouTube video that, “If it was not for Bani Israel, meat would not decay.” The hateful cleric was quoting an Islamic hadith which blamed meat going bad on the Jewish people. The Jews had not only beaten Hamas, but had also invented bacteria.
But the imam at his Dearborn rally tops even that.
Yesterday at the Dearborn, Michigan rally for Bernie Sanders, a number of antisemites took to the stage to speak in support of Bernie Sanders. People like Imam Al-Hassan Qazwini, who compared Trump to the coronavirus:
Qazwini is a big fan of Bernie Sanders though. Even if he is a Jew.
Qazwini’s anti-Semitism was apparent even in his “compliment” of Democratic Socialist presidential candidate Bernie Sanders as “an honorable man, even though he is a Jew.”
Qazwini boasted of his closeness to Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah, a cleric who was linked to Hezbollah and the Iranian regime. Al-Qazwini publicly mourned his passing.
The only place that has been completely safe and [that] has never been threatened by ISIS, nor has it been targeted, is Israel. What does this tell you? This speaks out, this speaks volumes – that ISIS somehow is connected to Israel. ISIS is playing the role of the arm of the Zionists in the Muslim world to kill more Muslims and non-Muslims so it can defame the name of Islam, so people can blame Islam for its atrocities, so people can be alienated from this religion – this peaceful religion, our religion. Otherwise, who is benefitting from these atrocities?
If any Republican had people like this speaking at his rallies, the media would be asking hard questions. But anti-Semitism in the ranks of the Bernie campaign always gets a pass.
