Beto O’Rourke Raised $80 million to take on Ted Cruz.
He famously raised $6 million in the first 24 hours of announcing his presidential run and blew through an estimated $17 million.
After wasting nearly $100 million in two failed races, donors lined up to give him another $66 million for the final leg of the trifecta, wasting over $160 million to lose the senate, the presidency and finally the governor’s mansion.
Consider the sorts of people who were willing to go on believing in him and writing him million-dollar checks. Quick hit them up with your best Brooklyn Bridge sales pitch.
An Austin couple gave $2 million to Beto O’Rourke, making up his largest donations yet
“We think Beto is an extraordinary candidate,” Simone Coxe said.
Extraordinary indeed. Not even can waste $160 million and lose some of the most high-profile races in the country. The question is, what will Beto run for next and will anyone give him the cash to do it?

In my neighborhood, a small suburb near Austin, very few conservatives will put signs in their yards because of bad liberal behavior. One neighbor, whose yard has Christian and Catholic icons, always puts up the major democrat candidate’s signs and Beto’s sign was prominently displayed.
I fail to comprehend how one can live in dissonance.

Consider the present state of the Roman Catholic Church. And not just the RCC but other church bodies. The churches are filled with ignorance about the Bible itself. Moreover, Christians who regard themselves as politically astute. continue in the false hope that they can just continue to ignore politics, as if Jesus would care nothing at all about political matters. Raphael Warnock is literally a wife beating Satanist who says Christians should not “judge” abortion or abortionists. And there are those in my church who agree. Bag ladies proliferate wherever there’s free food, but will feel quite at ease telling you that you should be ashamed of yourself if you voted for Trump.

This election shows that the MESSAGE is important. Throwing money at problems and not solving them is not the answer or solution because real people have REAL lives to live and want their freedom, prosperity, security, and safety for their children.

Beto will be back. There’s no honest job that could possibly pay him what 1 political victory would pay. And let’s face it, he hasn’t just been running for chump-change positions!
BOZ says
Maybe he’ll try again, but why should he? Biden could appoint him to some 6 figure job as deputy assistant director of ICE. He could kick back and enjoy the ride for a few years, something like Mayor Pete only with a somewhat lower profile. He’s probably got his eye on Texas Railroad Commisioner. Seriously, it’s a powerful position in Texas. And it fits his low profile reentry scheme.

Exactly. He is now a credentialed insider, entitled to big dollar parasitism lifelong.
He can be on tap, like Donna Brazile, and Woodward; brought out for special character assassinations. The wet work. It’s not like he has a reputation to protect.
Remember, a good socialist will cheerfully shoot the Romanov grandchildren and throw their little bodies down a well. That’s what they get for being on history’s railroad tracks when the Red Locomotive is passing. It’s their own fault.
