The Democrat project to turn Texas blue or dead is underway.

Hidalgo County Judge Richard Cortez on Monday afternoon declared a local disaster declaration due to the high volume of migrants released in the county by border officials and the growing threat of COVID-19 they might bring, telling Border Report that the region “has reached the point of capacity.”

On Monday evening, McAllen Mayor Javier Villalobos, whose city is the largest in Hidalgo County, also issued a disaster declaration. The city’s declaration is due to the high numbers of migrants that the city is dealing with as the Department of Homeland Security releases hundreds of migrants per day in downtown McAllen to the care of the nonprofit Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley, which is operating out of a building owned by the city.

The order notes that nonprofit agencies and the City of McAllen are being overwhelmed by the continued influx of these asylum-seeking migrants and can “no longer adequately feed, house, provide medical attention or otherwise accommodate” these migrants.

The Biden regime is deliberately creating a pandemic outbreak in Texas by inflicting thousands of infected illegal aliens on Americans.

“But now we’re seeing that they’re coming in with a high infection for COVID, and there’s no room for them anymore,” said Cortez.

Cortez also told ValleyCentral the infection rate for migrants rose to a shocking 16%, doubling the numbers from last time. Sister Norma Pimentel of the Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley also says the federal government needs to step in.

Both Cortez and McAllen Mayor Javier Villalobos said they have not heard “a single word” from the federal government.

According to FOX LA reporter Bill Melungin, McAllen says that the Biden administration has dumped over 7,000 COVID positive illegal aliens since February. 

And 1,500 just last week.

That’s in a city of under 150,000 whose population the Biden regime inflated by 5% with just infected illegal aliens. 

While Democrats and their media keep blaming a lack of masks or vaccines, the origin of this outbreak is abundantly obvious. And criminal.

Governor Abbott’s efforts to stem the invasion by going after the traffickers has been unconstitutionally interdicted by Judge Kathleen Cardone whose illegal order echoed the same false claims from AG Garland that states don’t have the right to regulate groups trafficking in illegal aliens. 

The argument that the Supremacy Clause can be used to prevent states from regulating illegal alien dumping, but can’t be used to prevent states from interfering with actual enforcement of immigration law by ICE is stupendously hypocritical and corrupt.

While Democrats and their media shriek about masks, they’re flooding places like McAllen with infected illegal aliens.
