SWATing is normally a felony, but it’s not a felony when it’s done by the Biden administration.
A well-known pro-life author, sidewalk counselor, and father of seven was the latest victim of a U.S. Department of Justice-sponsored SWAT raid and arrest — for supposed “FACE Act” violations — at his rural home as his children looked on “screaming.”
Ryan-Marie, who is a homeschool mother, explained the SWAT team of 25 to 30 FBI agents swarmed their property with around 15 vehicles at 7:05 a.m. this morning. Having quickly surrounded the house with rifles in firing position, “they started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it.”
Before opening the door, she explained, her husband tried to calm them, saying, “‘Please, I’m going to open the door, but, please, my children are in the home. I have seven babies in the house.’ But they just kept pounding and screaming,” she said.
When he opened the door, “they had big, huge rifles pointed at Mark and pointed at me and kind of pointed throughout the house,” Ryan-Marie described.
There’s a lot more about the incident at Lifesite, but suffice it to say that the Biden administration decided to respond to a shoving incident by sending an FBI SWAT team at a home. No matter what the issue was, there’s no way, shape or form in which this is an acceptable level of escalation. And this is coming from the same lefties who keep whining about overcriminalization.
If the DOJ had decided to prosecute this case, why not ask Houck to just surrender himself? That’s standard procedure. Launching a full-on raid of his home is a show of force. It’s a deliberate campaign of political terror run under AG Garland’s corrupt watch.
The official DOJ statement pretty much concedes this is about shoving.
United States Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero announced that Mark Houck, 48, of Kintnersville, PA, was charged by Indictment with a violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, which makes it a federal crime to use force with the intent to injure, intimidate, and interfere with anyone because that person is a provider of reproductive health care. The defendant was arrested and made his initial appearance in federal court on these charges earlier today.
According to court documents, the defendant is alleged to have twice assaulted a man because he was a volunteer reproductive health care clinic escort. The charges stem from two separate incidents both on October 13, 2021, which occurred at the Planned Parenthood Elizabeth Blackwell Health Center on Locust Street in Philadelphia, where Houck allegedly assaulted the victim, a 72-year-old man, identified in the Indictment as “B.L.,” because B.L. was a volunteer escort at the reproductive health care clinic. In the first incident, B.L. was attempting to escort two patients exiting the clinic, when the defendant forcefully shoved B.L. to the ground. In the second incident, the defendant verbally confronted B.L. and forcefully shoved B.L. to the ground in front of the Planned Parenthood center, causing injuries to B.L. that required medical attention.
“Assault is always a serious offense, and under the FACE Act, if the victim is targeted because of their association with a reproductive healthcare clinic, it is a federal crime,” said U.S. Attorney Romero. “Our Office and the Department of Justice are committed to prosecuting crimes which threaten the safety and rights of all individuals.”
So pretty safe guess that Jacky Romero is planning to run for something.
This is taking place during a massive crime wave where thugs are literally getting away with violent assaults on a daily basis.
It won’t surprise you to learn that Romero is a recent Biden nominee.
On April 22, 2022, President Joe Biden announced his intent to nominate Romero to serve as the United States attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. On April 25, 2022, her nomination was sent to the Senate. On June 9, 2022, her nomination was reported out of the Senate Judiciary Committee by a voice vote; senators Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley and Marsha Blackburn were recorded as “Nay”. On June 13, 2022, her nomination was confirmed in the United States Senate by voice vote. She was sworn into office on June 21, 2022. She is the first woman appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate, in addition, she is the first woman of color and first LGBTQIA+ person to become U.S. attorney.
Romero just made a convincing case why every Republican and Democrat with a conscience should have opposed this vicious hate-filled thug from holding any kind of power over anyone.
“Put simply, violence is never the answer,” said Jacqueline Maguire, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Philadelphia Division. “Violating the FACE Act by committing a physical assault is a serious crime for which the FBI will work to hold offenders accountable.”
There’s a feature on Jacky #2 under Women’s History Month. So assume that this was a deliberate move. A statement about feminism by the Biden administration using two convenient political allies.
Republicans have also been supplied with the names of two people who don’t belong anywhere in the federal government if they ever retake the White House. The question is whether they will act or forget.

And presumably we aren’t prominent figures – I know I’m not – so our homes and lives would probably be treated more like at the Branch Davidian compound than Mar a Lago.

Yup.

“Reproductive health care.” Not even Goebbels would’ve stooped that low.
And 25 to 30 jack booted Gestapo thugs threatening a family with “seven babies” proves yet again that the so called rank and file of the FBI are NOT decent people doing their jobs under corrupt leadership. The FBI is staffed by SCUM from top to bottom and any good people in the agency are obviously sidelined whenever possible.

How many of those leftists caught on video hitting and spitting on pro abortion protestors have been prosecuted? How many of those arsonists of pregnancy crisis centers have been apprehended, much less prosecuted? Ruth Sent Us and Jane’s Revenge are national organizations, and the doj has no interest.
The next non-democrat president should fire every single US attorney and appoint his or her own, just like bill clinton did. And that’s just the first no brainer item in cleaning the partisan moles out of the executive branch.
