There’s a legal doctrine known as “attractive nuisance”. 

America is a massive attractive nuisance. It draws massive numbers of illegal alien migrants. Many of them are raped, beaten and even die trying to make it across the border so they can benefit from sanctuary cities and states.

And the welfare state.

Biden’s decision to dismantle border enforcement and welcome in illegal aliens leads to death. Like these 51 deaths. 

At least 51 migrants died after they were abandoned in the back of a tractor-trailer that was discovered Monday in San Antonio, officials said Tuesday. More than a dozen others were taken to local hospitals with heat-related injuries.

Biden has a statement explaining why, as usual, it’s not his fault. 

The tragic loss of life in San Antonio, Texas that took place yesterday is horrifying and heartbreaking.  Our prayers are with those who lost their lives, their loved ones, as well as those still fighting for their lives. As always, I am grateful for the swift work of all of the Federal, state, and local first responders.

While we are still learning all the facts about what happened and the Department of Homeland Security has the lead for the investigation, initial reports are that this tragedy was caused by smugglers or human traffickers who have no regard for the lives they endanger and exploit to make a profit.

Much as Biden’s party has no regard for the lives it endangers to get cheap votes. 

The smugglers are responding to incentives and conditions created by the Biden administration intended to make it easy for illegal aliens to come here and stay here.
