A lot of jobs are 9 to 5 PM. And plenty of people have checked out an hour before they leave work.
President of the United States isn’t really a 9 to 5 job. But under Biden, it apparently is because he can’t work evenings or nights.
4 P.M. is his limit.
This might be a problem in the event of a war or something that doesn’t start on schedule.
The time of day is important as to which of the two Bidens will appear.
From 10am to 4pm, Biden is dependably engaged — and many of his public events in front of cameras are held within those hours.
Outside of that time range or while traveling abroad, Biden is more likely to have verbal miscues and become fatigued, aides told Axios.
Do we have a backup president who can work evenings? And who isn’t named Kamala?
I’m not even going to make the obvious ‘sundowning’ jokes but these are increasingly public admissions that Biden isn’t capable of doing the job. We’ve seen Biden appearing to fall asleep in public, only to be told that this is how he concentrates. And when he says stupid and crazy things, it’s because he’s stuttering. We’ve seen ‘lids’ being called in the early afternoon. Now we’re told that Biden can’t properly function on the road or outside a 10 – 4 PM slot which would not be a problem if he were say a CNN morning news anchor.
The obvious solution is to just shut down the world from 4 PM to 10 AM so nothing can happen in those times.
Yeah, nap time is essential at that age. They just fall asleep no matter what.
Diaper Joe also has crap times – in his adult diapers! 🙂

I bet his nurse caregivers spoon feed him. Have you ever seen a video of him using eating utensils? No just nibbling at the top of ice cream cones but never finishing one because he’s too feeble to eat the cone. He always gets into the presidential limo before he gets past a few nibbles. I saw him try to eat a slice of pizza once but he starting crying after one bite because it supposedly had chili flakes on it.

Yes, between 10 am and 4 pm is the only time Diaper Joe can save us, minus the hour or two he naps after lunch.
Oh, wait, he doesn’t run the administration. That means we’d have to depend on his handlers if attacked.

He reportedly sleeps until 10: am. So did Bareback Hasbeen Obama but not because he was senile, just because he was lazy.
It’s called “sundowners syndrome” and it’s likely that Biden has been suffering from it for a few years. It’s a type of dementia that’s often associated with Alzheimers disease. From the Mayo Clinic web site:
“The term “sundowning” refers to a state of confusion that occurs in the late afternoon and lasts into the night. Sundowning can cause various behaviors, such as confusion, anxiety, aggression or ignoring directions. Sundowning also can lead to pacing or wandering.”
If this is indeed what Biden is dealing with, and I believe it likely (and those of you who have friends or loved ones with dementia know exactly what I’m talking about), then covering it up is a crime of treasonous proportion against our country.
How many times do I have to repeat it …. ?

Biden crashing at the debate didn’t surprise me. I had little regard for him and long thought that on his best days he was a dishonest, corrupt, not very bright, career pol with ever increasing dementia. But that all of the people around him, his party’s,leadership, and vast portions of our “news media”, must have known his true state and gas lighted the public for years, endangered, and continues to endanger all of us. They cannot be forgiven for their dishonesty and folly.
Joe Briben sold his soul when he was very young. It seems to be a Biden family tradition to sell out like whores to the devil – You don’t have to literally say ‘satan, give me wealth and power and all the sex and lust I can have and I give you my soul ‘ They sell out by their actions and deeds and lying rhetoric. Lying is all Joe Biden knows. He taught it to his son Hunter. There are far too many Americans who take this route because they were never mentored in ethics, standards, morals. They did not learn what earnest works in USA will get us a comfortable life. Nothing is handed to you. You must strive to keep it and flourish. Negotiating is not lying. When Biden could not remember what lie goes to what alibi, he blew his mind. All politicians are liars. They promise this and that and then never deliver. President Dona;d J. Trump is the only person who went from a successful negotiator entrepreneur to politics and fulfilled every promise he made in spite of all the crap he had to endure to waste his time and the precious 4 years Trump was making America Great!
Next debate should be at NOON??? Recall all the “Morning Briefings” that START at 10 AM?? By then PRESIDENT TRUMP had already put in five or six hours on the job! It seems that the DEMOcrats can’t even put in a FULL day even when DESTROYING Our Nation!

Biden does not function at any time. He cannot improve his late functioning by going to night school. He is benighted 24/7/365.

i have two doctor friends who stated that ol joe has alzheimers . he displays all the classic symptoms , limited function during the day , freezing when confused , and angry outside of normal time frames . that he can only function from 10 til 4 is a giveaway . the MSM have known it all along and have edited it out to make it look like he is perfectly cognizant . but anyone who has an even limited knowledge of dementia and alzheimers will pick it . americans have been in denial the whole time because orange man bad . they are happy for america to be destroyed as long as its not orange man at the helm . the left will destroy america and the rinos are fine with that .
Turns out hillary was nowhere to be found when that 3am phone call came in, and biden is unable to function at that hour. If the GOPe wasn’t so busy trying to lose to keep Trump out, they could capitalize on that.
So much for that 2 AM phone call that Hillary was so worried about. Just have an aide tell Russia (China, whoever) to stop being bad until quiet time is over.
