It’s never a good look for a politician to forget which group he’s addressing, especially if it’s an influential congressional caucus, but we’re not talking about a case where Biden mistakenly addressed the House and confused the Congressional Invasive Species Caucus with the Congressional Aluminum Caucus.
The Black Caucus and the Hispanic Caucus are both influential Dem blocs that Biden is supposed to have a relationship with. And there’s a fairly obvious way to tell them apart even if you think you have to be a biologist to recognize a woman. Confusing them is a fairly bad sign for a Democrat president.
Biden, 80, celebrated gala award recipient Sister Norma Pimental, executive director of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley, right before the blunder.
“I know Sister Norma lives the lessons nuns taught me growing up. Lessons based on the Gospel of Matthew: Feed the hungry, care for the sick, welcome strangers,” the president said. “They echo what my dad taught me, and I mean this sincerely, my dad used to say, ‘Everyone, everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect.’”
“The Congressional Black Caucus embodies all those values,” he added, without stopping to correct himself.
He’s honoring a nun. That should have been a small tipoff that he was at an Hispanic event. Do a lot of nuns get honored at CBC events?
Or he could have looked at all the big CHC logos behind them.
This ‘gaffe’ is worse than it seems.
Biden and the Dems have focused very hard on black groups while ignoring Latinos except when using them as weapons against Republicans. Latinos are politically underrepresented in Democrat cities and there’s been tension with the Biden administration. Biden is much closer to the Black Caucus than the Hispanic one. Addressing the Hispanic Caucus as the Black Caucus is a bad mistake that signals his priorities. It will be taken as an insult.
And a sign of Biden’s failing capabilities.
All he had to do was look at his audience or listen to what he was saying. Instead, the dog-faced pony soldier rode again.
Biden doesn’t know what day of the week it is(and he he still has a really good chance of winning the prize you apparently prize). So basically so what? What are you going to do? Just carry on up the Khyber?

Anyway, a little while ago I was watching these Norwegian fags pretend that their real heroes were the bureaucratic fags that teleported their pink gold standard out of the clutches of Nazi Germany(courtesy of BBC)(Multiple self-serving reasons for that). As if their real heroes weren’t engaged at Telemark. Or as if they’re the same thing. Go ponder.
Biden was following the Democrat policy of bean counting while unable to see the actual beans as individuals through the lens of the Democrat pie.
Given that it was the Latino and Black Congressional Caucuses there really is no difference. They are both just subsets of the Dems in Congress.

Long ago Spanish people are a wild varying mixture of whites, (Visigoth’s, Celt’s, Roman’s) North African’s from Carthage, Phoenician and black African’s.
Recently Hispanic people are a mixture of Spanish (Visigoths) north African from Carthage, Phoenician. African and native north American Indians. Later whites from Europe immigrated to Mexico and joined the gene pool.
He is an embarrassment. He’s the guy who starts expressing fondness for his janitor when he meets a black person. And you’re right, he can’t even keep his generalizations straight. He thinks he needs an Indian accent to communicate in a convenience store, he was raised by Puerto Ricans without a clue about the culture, and blacks are interchangeable with LatinX people, whatever they are. Like most Democrats he presumes way too much about everyone who doesn’t look like him. Like most democrats he’s banking on Black and Hispanic votes he’s done nothing to earn, EVER.
While the legacy media will brush aside Biden’s comments as just another in a long line of senior moments, this one is actually a little different. His senior moment here was publicly displaying the Democrat default settings of checking the minority box. Black…brown…whatever. Democrats have been playing minorities longer than most commenters here have been alive, but a public showing of their indifference by a fake sitting pResident is relatively fresh and should be understood and gleaned by both groups for the inner party intel it provides.
Interestingly enough, based on the 2020 census, Whites in America were only in the population majority over Hispanic/Latinos by point four of a percentage point, and that was before the southern border gates were welded open and the invasion began. So, Whites in 2023 are in the minority…but don’t expect special treatment from the administration since we’re all right wing supremacists.
