I certainly hope Joe Biden is on Communist China’s payroll. It would be embarrassing if he were spouting Chinese Communist propaganda this shamelessly blatant free of charge.
President Biden said on Saturday that a Chinese spy balloon that spent a week hovering over the U.S. in early February was “more embarrassing” for Beijing “than it was intentional.”
“I don’t think the leadership knew where it was and knew what was in it and knew what was going on,” the president told reporters before heading to Philadelphia. “It was, I think it was more embarrassing than it was intentional.”
“And so, I’m hoping that, over the next several months, I’ll be meeting with [Chinese leader] Xi [Jinping] again and talking about legitimate differences we have but also how there’s areas we can get along,” he added.
China has claimed that its spy balloon just accidentally ended up in Montana. Biden appears to be echoing its dishonest lies.
It’s also the opposite message of the one that Secretary of State Blinken claimed to be sending on his visit to China.
“There was no apology,” Blinken said of his conversation with Wang Yi, the director of the Communist Party’s Central Foreign Affairs office. “But what I can also tell you is this was an opportunity to speak very clearly and very directly about the fact that China sent a surveillance balloon over our territory, violating our sovereignty, violating international law.
“And I told him quite simply that that was unacceptable and can never happen again,” Blinken said.
Asked whether the surveillance balloon was an intentional act, Blinken said that “it attempted to surveil very sensitive military sites.”
He added, “So there’s no doubt in our minds at all that, A) this was a surveillance balloon, and, B) it was attempting to engage in active surveillance.”
I’m skeptical that Blinken used strong language, but if he did, his idiot boss decided to go out and undermine him.
Again, I hope that Joe is getting paid. Because despite his treason, he is an American. And if Americans are going to work for an enemy nation, it would be nice if they would at least get compensated for it… instead of American taxpayers having to pay Biden to work for China.

Beijing autocrats know how to deal with moribund and ossified political dynasties such as exist in the West today because after all that’s how they got where they are in the first place.

The satellite link told the ccp exactly where their balloon was. They were even maneuvering it so it would pass over sensitive military facilities. They could have had a tactical nuke on it for all joe knew, for a nice, high altitude EMP burst.
It would be great if the contractual obligations were detailed in the laptop.
