The short version of the story is that Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a Sikh nationalist figure, was killed in Canada. According to India, he’s a terrorist. The Trudeau government decided to incite a diplomatic crisis by accusing India of killing him. But the basis for some of this crisis seems to have come from the Biden administration.
The Biden administration is eagerly pouring gasoline on the flames, urging India to cooperate with Trudeau’s inquiry.
Speaking to reporters in New York on Friday, Blinken said that the United States was “deeply concerned about the allegations that Prime Minister Trudeau has raised”.
“We’ve been consulting throughout very closely with our Canadian colleague, not just consulting, coordinating on this issue. And from our perspective, it is critical that the Canadian investigation proceeds and it would be important that India work with the Canadians on this investigation,” Blinken said on Friday, adding that the US wanted to see “accountability”.
Why is this America’s business?
Blinken neglected to mention that his administration had decided to get involved at the intel level.
In the aftermath of the killing, U.S. intelligence agencies offered their Canadian counterparts context that helped Canada conclude that India had been involved.
The Biden administration is hag-ridden by leftists and as such it’s looking to undermine the more nationalist Modi government in India.
This is another example of why we can’t have ideological leftists who are primarily loyal to the Left, not to America.

The whole thing is fishy. On the one hand it could be another of those phony “intelligence” stories that have zero credibility.
On the other hand, a hit on the terrorist could have been justified.
On the third hand, it is two of the scummiest leftist governments ganging up on the conservative government in India. Fortunately for India their leaders are more intelligent than they get credit for.

Rahm Emanuel said the quiet part out loud, as far as the liberal mantra is concerned, in 2008 with his statement: “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that [is], it’s a opportunity to do things that you think you could not before.”

I am not so sure this is being driven by Leftist idiology. The US has enjoyed unipolarity since the collapse of the USSR. We are quickly moving towards a multipolar world with India aligning with China. The US is not happy with India over this.
The 5 eyes Canada Uk USA Australia and New Zealand have an agreement that they must share intel together
Trudeau says that some of the intel he is going on came from a 5 eyes member and it can be assumed the USA are the ones most capable of bugging the Indian embassy in Canada .
I would not say this is a plan by Biden to hurt India number one he needs India to counter China and number two how does the USA accusing India of killing a terrorist in another country make sense when the USA has killed thousands in other countries with remote drones for the same reason?
Biden said the absolute minimum to show support to Canada a vassal State that does everything it’s told by Uncle Sam .
However you can bet in private the USA is not happy that Trudeau’s big mouth spilled the beans that the US has the Indian Embassies bugged and for sure India is working hard to stop that leak .
So USA will lose a valuable source of intel all because of a two bit terrorist drug dealer in Canada that was whacked
