Criminals are terrorizing the country, but the Biden administration’s Justice Department remains laser-focused on its campaign of woke terror across the country.

In December of last year, John Doe going by Jane Doe, a 55-year-old imprisoned criminal, filed a lawsuit demanding that the Georgia Department of Corrections cover his transgender surgery.

According to the lawsuit, John Doe urgently needs to get castrated, which it perversely calls “gender-affirming surgery” because he suffers from “severe and overwhelming gender dysphoria, which include two castration attempts, multiple suicide attempts, and almost daily self-harm”.

He also wants a transfer out of the male prison population. Presumably into the female one.

It’s unclear what crimes John Doe committed, but a number of men pretending to be women have been sex offenders.

That creates a precedent that at the very least will force male rapists into the female prison population.

It wasn’t enough that the lawsuit was wasting taxpayer money, but the Biden administration had to jump in and claim that the delusion that a man is a woman is really an ADA disability.

“The Justice Department today filed a statement of interest in a lawsuit brought in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia challenging the denial of treatment sought for gender dysphoria in a correctional setting. The statement explains that gender dysphoria falls within the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)’s definition of “disability” and affirms that correctional institutions cannot deny medically appropriate care for people with gender dysphoria, no matter their particular circumstances, consistent with the Eighth Amendment.”

The only medically appropriate care here is psychiatric. Castration is not an appropriate response to delusions.

“The department’s statement of interest clarifies that gender dysphoria can be a covered disability under the ADA and does not fall within the ADA’s exclusion of gender identity disorders. The department’s statement also explains that prison officials violate the Eighth Amendment when they categorically refuse to provide medically necessary gender-affirming surgery to incarcerated individuals with gender dysphoria, no matter a person’s particular circumstances.”

In fact, it does.

The Biden administration is reduced to arguing that a man is a woman and that the ADA doesn’t mean what it says

The ADA defines the term “disability” as a “physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.” Gender dysphoria “plainly falls within this definition,” DOJ said.

Although the ADA excludes “gender identity disorder” and “transexualism,” those terms refer to “the mere fact of identifying as a different gender from one’s sex assigned at birth,” it said.

Gender dysphoria is invented nonsense. The ADA specifically set out to block transgender procedures.

Under this chapter, the term ‘‘disability’’ shall not include— (1) transvestism, transsexualism, pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyeurism, gender identity disorders not resulting from physical impairments, or other sexual behavior disorders; (2) compulsive gambling, kleptomania, or pyromania; or (3) psychoactive substance use disorders resulting from current illegal use of drugs.

Even though the plain text of the ADA specifically states that, “transvestism, transsexualism” and “gender identity disorders” are not a disability, Democrat judges and the DOJ have spent 7 years pretending that the ADA does not state exactly what it very clearly does, and that it does treat gender delusions as a disability.

The Supreme Court failed to address this insanity which began with Blatt v. Cabela’s Retail in which Judge Joseph F. Leeson, Jr., an Obama judge, tried to go along with a man’s argument that the ADA exclusion on transgenderism was “unconstitutional”.

Since the unconstitutional wall was too high, Leeson instead issued a ruling on a claim that the man in question and his LGBTQ organizational allies hadn’t even made which is that the ADA’s exclusion of “transvestism, transsexualism” and “gender identity disorders” did not actually rule out transgender procedures because they only dealt with a man identifying as a woman, not a man who ‘really’ identified as a woman and suffers a lot of stress over it.

And from that lunatic and blatantly illegal decision, here we are.

The Biden administration is demanding that in the name of merciful treatment, Georgia must castrate a criminal.
