Joe Biden has been facing some flak for making up stuff and spouting incoherent gibberish. He’s one of two elderly 2020 frontrunners with a tendency to make up stuff and ramble nonsensically, but the other candidate, Senator Bernie Sanders, is a socialist hero, and so no one calls him out on it when he makes up stuff, because then he goes to ISNA and declares his allegiance to Pakistan. And when he gets fact-checked, the rest of the media rises righteously in his defense beginning with such vanguards of journalism as Rolling Stone.
But Joe would like you to understand that you should excuse his nonsense because he’s also busy saving America’s soul.
His campaign is focused on a mission to “restore the soul of this nation.”
That’s also why the former vice president does not think anyone should get bogged down in the small details he mixes up on the campaign trail.
“That has nothing to do with judgment of whether or not you send troops to war, the judgment of whether you bring someone home, the judgment of whether you decide on a healthcare policy,” Biden told the NPR Politics Podcast and Iowa Public Radio in a wide-ranging interview.
I didn’t realize that details don’t matter when running the greatest nation in the world.
According to Joe, all that matters is making big decisions like a health care policy. And the details of the health care policy don’t matter.
That’s how we ended up with ObamaCare.
Thank you. Unlike Joe Biden’s brain, I’ll be here all week.
And now here’s a younger, balder Biden discussing his high IQ.
