Good news, folks.
Joe Biden decided Americans have too much money so he’s going to send a bunch of it to Hamas. Over in Israel, Secretary of State Blinken announced that Biden wants to reopen a consulate in Jerusalem catering to the PLO. Prime Minister Netanyahu is resisting, but it’s bound to happen anyway. And then there will be a US embassy in Jerusalem for Israel and a US consulate in Jerusalem for the Islamic terrorists.
And that’s just the first step.
Meanwhile, Biden wants to send money. Lots of money.
Blinken added the Biden administration would be asking Congress to approve an additional $75 million dollars in assistance for the reconstruction of Gaza in 2021 and another $30 million dollars for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine refugees.
UNRWA employs Hamas personnel and isn’t even shy about it. Its facilities were used as staging areas for Hamas attacks.
“I am sure that there are Hamas members on the UNRWA payroll,” a former UNRWA Commissioner General said, “and I don’t see that as a crime.”
Biden had previously signed off on $150 million for UNRWA back in April. UNRWA is a UN agency wholly dedicated to the Muslim colonists in and outside Israel, and acts as their private welfare state.
While the Biden administration is claiming that the $75 million in reconstruction aid won’t go to Hamas, the State Department makes no promises.
A senior State Department official admitted Monday “there are no guarantees” that millions of dollars being sent by the United States to help Palestinians would not end up in the coffers of the Hamas terror group.
Israel has accused Hamas of using aid meant to reduce humanitarian needs and bolster the Gaza Strip’s infrastructure for military purposes. According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Hamas has made millions of dollars from tariffs and other taxes levied on aid and also has appropriated food and construction materials to feed its militants and expand its network of “terror tunnels” into Israel.
And Hamas was just bragging that it built rockets out of water pipes, just as the UN promised to repair Gaza’s “water infrastructure”.
Isn’t funding terrorism a crime? Shouldn’t it also be a crime for elected officials?
