The polls show Biden hitting new lows every few days. Only 34 percent of his own party want him running again in 2024. And even his own staffers don’t like him and are looking for the exit.
In the first year of the Biden White House, comradery has been fleeting and many teams are suffering from low morale, according to several White House officials…
Many are also currently eyeing the exits, creating the potential for higher-than-usual turnover at the beginning of the year, when aides feel they’ve been in the job long enough that it won’t look odd to depart.
It was bad enough when Kamala began losing people, but when your own people see working for your administration as a dead end job this early on in your first term, that’s really bad.
Some staffers say it’s the result of an insular, top-heavy White House of longtime Biden aides who are distant from much of the staff — “no new friends in Biden world,” goes the refrain.
Can’t teach an old dog new tricks.
Biden has his people/puppeteers who have stuck to him like glue and finally saw it pay off after generations. They’re not about to loosen their grip on power. And the worse Biden appears to be performing mentally, the tighter they cling and the harder they erect their barricades.
The official added: “It’s also hypocritical and ironic that a President whose brand is built on empathy and family has staff policies that fly in the face of that brand. It’s not a good look and it’s emblematic of how this place runs.”
Biden’s brand has nothing to do with reality. His career has never shown any single trace of empathy as we saw once again in Afghanistan. As for family, the only family that Biden cares about to any degree is his own.
