The media is frantically twitching out more hot takes on Trump’s racial division of America.
Meanwhile back in the real world, it’s the media and its leftist political allies that have engaged in racial division. Non-stop. They’ve cultivated everything from race riots to a constant racist denunciation of “whiteness”.
Leftists pretend that if they engage in racism in order to fight racism (of a different kind, rather than the kind of racism they disapprove of), they can’t possibly be the ones employing racial division.
And now let’s tune in to Al Sharpton on MSNBC.
We can trace back the current galvanic spasm of racial division back to the Obama election. And the issue was not, as the media insists, a reaction to Obama’s race. If that were the case, he would not have won by a shattering margin. Rather it was the constant use of the race card to win political battles. Many of which had nothing whatsoever to do with race.
This isn’t an opinion or a theory. The polling consistently backs it up. Racial mistrust among both blacks and whites dates back to that period.
And it hasn’t stopped.
If anything, the media keeps fanning the flames. That’s why we get media thinkpieces about how the Soviet Union’s space program was better than Apollo because it was more diverse.
Or how tipping is racist.
That’s racial division. And the media will never own to what it’s doing.
