California has long been the most insurrectionist of the states. Some states promised sanctuary to illegal aliens. California promises to go after law enforcement if they follow the law and cooperate with federal immigration authorities. Now California Attorney General Rob Bonta, who hopes to succeed Gov. Gavin Newsom, is threatening hospitals that they must ignore Trump’s executive orders and go on sterilizing kids.
California Attorney General Rob Bonta today reminded California hospitals and federally-funded healthcare providers of their ongoing obligation under California anti-discrimination law to provide gender affirming care amid confusion resulting from President Trump’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) directive on freezing or pausing federal funding and his executive order on gender affirming care. Attorney General Bonta also issued a letter putting Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on notice of its obligations under state anti-discrimination law, following reports that the hospital is pausing the initiation of hormonal therapies for all gender affirming care patients under the age of 19 and gender-affirming surgeries on minors.
“California supports the rights of transgender youth to live their lives as their authentic selves,” said Attorney General Bonta. “We will not let the President turn back the clock or deter us from upholding California values. I understand that the President’s executive order on gender affirming care has created some confusion. Let me be clear: California law has not changed, and hospitals and clinics have a legal obligation to provide equal access to healthcare services.”
California law may say whatever it likes, but it does not change the growing burden liability that hospitals face if they continue sterilizing kids.
AG Bonta and California’s Democrat majority are doubling down on a position that they lost even among their own party. Most Americans oppose sterilizing mentally unstable or groomed children in the name of bizarre social theories of gender. Europeans are now backing away from those horrible abuses.
But Bonta is determined to fight on the hills of protecting illegal alien criminals and sterilizing kids. And he’s putting hospitals in an impossible position, ordering them to ignore the federal government and do what he says.
That can’t end well.
There can be no peace, truth or reconciliation with Democrats/Deep State/NWO/Globohomo types. We now know they will fund, develop, release and use bioweapons to kill millions in order to gain power and enact their agenda, and silence, debank, beat, bankrupt and imprison any who disagree with their response. They will invite and pay for foreigners to come in and murder and rape their own citizens and then jail you for protesting against it. These fiends in California even make it illegal for you to object to the physical mutilation of your own children. Unless the people responsible for these crimes are bankrupted, imprisoned, etc. all our efforts will be for naught. We already know what they will do if they regain power. They will not be nice to us because we were nice to them.

Metal v health professionals (with exceptions) are all in on transgender and on this for kids? In fact, one’s license may be pulled for speaking out about “gender affirming” care. I have known of a lawsuit lost because a doctor had an old facebook post questioning transgenderism.
Currently in the US, mental health and medical professionals are educated to believe in transgenderism for children. As are school teachers. Not to mention that there is now a generation of transitioned people – some medically, some surgically, some ideologically.
I’ve noticed something similar. Extremely logical and well-educated female doctors I knew who were all-in on transgenderism. I got some vicious criticism from their children who were lifelong friends so I never said anything to them on the topic after that.
You need new friends AA.

NANC is right. It’s past time you moved on from friends like that. You shouldn’t have to suppress your beliefs, much less the truth. No friend worth having would force you to do that. We have plenty of friends. Most people do. There’s no reason to waste time with the vicious ones. Life is too short and too precious for that.

Yes, you’re right! I visited the Holocaust Museum in Lower Manhattan many years ago, before the museum went “woke.” There was a section on some of Dr. Mengele’s handiwork with photographs of attempts to turn little Gypsy boys into little girls. I cannot imagine the pain and horror these children went through. I doubt “Gender Affirming” would describe it.
And that monster Mengele escaped justice, unlike Eichmann and the rest. He suffered a stroke in the ocean off a Brazilian beach and drowned.

It’s past time that criminal Attorney Generals, both state and federal, were prosecuted for their crimes. like Rob Bontard, and Letishtard James. Mutilating and “sterilizing mentally unstable or groomed children” is indeed evil and the vast majority of Americans are sick and tired of all forms of tranny tyranny by significantly less than 1% of the population and their woke enablers, especially that form of it. And it’s demonstrably obvious that the overwhelming majority of these children have been groomed, mainly by their single slut nut mothers who have extreme mental health conditions. The very recent and enormous in children and teens who claim to be sexually dysmorphic nowadays proves that.

One of my girlfriends is a nurse and one of her patients is a little groomed weirdo that wants to become a fake woman when he turns 18, and she tells me his sickass mother is the one who convinced him to do it. She’s one of those extreme Christians who think homosexuals go to Hell so you can imagine how working for that bitch disgusts and infuriates her but her agency refuses to transfer her somewhere else and doesn’t even give her a regular gig, she goes to 3 patients a week and can’t lose her job.
The people who run her agency are trash and I’ve threatened to go kick her manger’s ass more than once but she always talks me out of it, even though nobody could ever connect the two of us, but I digress.
