The latest trend on TikTok is being a “dual income, no kids” or “D.I.N.K.” couple. Former “entertainer” Chelsea Handler even jumped in on this trend, creating a skit entitled “Day in the Life of a Childless Woman.” Conclusion? She is living a tremendously lonely life.
Check out Candace’s video commentary below:
Of course she’s lonely, she doesn’t even have enough brains to converse with herself.
haha yep, even the voices in her brainless head are laughing at how pathetic she is!
Yes, Candace! Being a mom and raising children was the best phase of my life, and I miss those days. My three adult children are good and accomplished people, and they are parents to my five wonderful grandchildren. It was hard work raising three kids but nothing worth having is ever just given to you. I cannot think of anything less healthy & normal than living a life totally focused on oneself. Let those DINKS imagine that we are all envious of them…they don’t know what they’re missing.
Phoebe, I could have written exactly what you did, three kids included. I love and respect the men they grew into, but I truly miss the babies and little children that they once were. I worked hard when they were young (including an 8-hour daily rest break at the office), but I wouldn’t trade those years for anything.

God Bless them for choosing to not have kids. Really. I support their choice. I encourage them to not change their minds. I endorse free coffee for all DINKs. Free vibrator batteries. Free birth control. Free tickets to Paris. One way.
No kids? Wonderful. It’s probably the one decision they’ll make in their feckless, shallow, self-indulgent lives that may truly benefit the human race.

Chelsea whatsherface told Iced T the Rapper, whom she was having sex with, that she had to remind him that he was black..
Pretty racist stuff.
I first heard the words D.I.N.K when I lived in San Francisco California in the mid 1980s so I guess it takes a while for the Brits to catch up.
I know women with kids that are happy with their lifestyle choice, married and not married, I also know women that have no kids by choice married and not married.
Im a man that never wanted children for various reasons, I had a vasectomy for my 40th birthday present to myself and I never regretted it.
People who want children should have them and people who don’t want children shouldn’t… Simple as that.
