In her latest video episode, Candace offers her thoughts on the Department of (No) Education. Plus, police killed a white man in Utah — where are the protestors? And, Tiger Woods’s ex is suing him for $30 million for “severe emotional damage.”
Check out Candace’s take on all these topics in the video below:
Possibly, maybe, could be part of the reason that people wrote in a more descriptive manner is in that era the only book many homes had available for study was the bible?
I don’t know where Chase Allen got his information about denying police his name or not getting out of his car when told by police but I assume it was something he saw on the internet.
Don’t believe it! Always verify what you see on the net. Even while shopping I always verify deals that seem too good. BTW he was wearing a holster and police found a gun in the floorboard
First amendment guarantees you do not have to speak to the police. And having a gun is not justification to shoot someone unless they threaten you with it. Police, hunters, fishermen and millions of others carry guns and you don’t shoot them for that!
In my state if you are carrying a gun you must identify this fact to the officer. I’ve had a CC permit for years, owned guns for 60 years and haven’t been shot yet.
As for hunters and fishermen, this guy wasn’t hunting or fishing but apparently reached for his gun. What would you have done?
You have a first amendment right not to speak to police at all if you choose. Possession of a firearm doesn’t give police license to kill unless a threat is shown. Millions of Americans have firearms, police, hunters, military, security, and others, but you can’t murder them for carrying!
Most liberal arts degrees are not very useful in general They are not worthless, perhaps 80% worthless. Some people do get jobs, but most settle for something they could have done without a degree. When I got my liberal arts degree I did not know where to look for a job. The representatives at the career office of my university just said there were lots of jobs, but they don’t come to you, you have to find them. Just look around. And as to the worthlessness of my degree, she said I had studied English, so I could write a memo. It is all somple. Some of the students who had similar degrees did just look around and found a nice job. Just not everyone. Probably most of us should not go to a college but a technical trade school where they could learn a useful trade and get a job. I used to go to one to have my hair cut. Probably the people in the barber and hairdressing school earn more than I did with my degrees from college. Or they could earn still more if they could repair appliances or vehicles. Or if one studied chemistry or physics one would get a good paying job at a manufacturing firm. Although a niece studied chemistry and could not get started in her skill. She got a job at Starbucks. . And most people do not have the aptitude for any of these skills. That is one reason people got the degree in feminist studies. The students would not have been a good hairdresser, auto mechanic or programmer. There are no easy solutions.
After earning a liberal arts degree, you likely will graduate as a more competent critical thinker. Given the past two elections, and the impact of Social Media, that in itself is worthwhile. Just sayin’.
