Forget, ”Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive!” It’s a truly wicked web that we weave when we go woke.
Tiffany Haddish is protesting police brutality against black people by continuing to wear fur.
Over the weekend, the comedian and actress took to Instagram to show off a fur vest gifted by a fan and shared the details of her intentions.
“I’mma wear it as much as possible. I don’t know if you guys know this about me, but I’m about to start protesting,” Haddish said. “I’mma wear fur every day until they stop killing black people. When the police stop killing black people, I’ll stop wearing fur. It’s my new protest. So sorry, PETA! Don’t be mad at me. Be mad at the police. When they stop killing black people, I’ll stop wearing fur… Because people are important, and so are the animals.”
That will show the PETA members who make up the police forces of America.
This reminds me of the male celebs who refused to get married until gay marriage was legal. Doing what you want to do while avoiding the negative social consequences with a fit of virtue signaling.
Now, instead of being accused of cruelty to animals, Tiffany Haddish has her own high horse.
“Insecure” actor Kendrick Sampson, also known as Lyft Bae, praised Haddish for her “genius” protest.
“Look at all the people pissed at this that haven’t ever stood up for Black lives,” Sampson explained. “Look at the funding behind PETA and other animal rights organizations and how many people will post about a polar bear or a dog before the post about the ongoing centuries’ old epidemic of black/native/brown people being killed and tortured by law enforcement (and others) with impunity.”
Animal rights activists fighting Black Lives Matter. Just another day in the life of the Left eating itself.
Russell Simmons, who’s vegan, begged the star to reconsider her approach. “White supremacy is a disease that takes on many forms and has many symptoms,” Simmons wrote in the comments. “The abuse of other beings will not address that… or heal ourselves. I love you Tiffany but I wish you would reconsider this route of protest.”
Isn’t Russell Simmons a Farrakhan supporter who’s been accused of rape by 3 women?
The accusations against Russell Simmons continue to mount. New accuser Alexia Norton Jones told Variety Tuesday that she was raped by the music mogul after a date in November 1990. The New York Times also confirmed the allegations in a phone interview with Jones Tuesday.
“It was such a fast attack,” she told Variety. “He pulled my dress up. I must have said no seven to 10 times.”
Jones, who was a 31-year-old aspiring model and actress at the time, is the granddaughter of late book publisher W. W. Norton and daughter of Clarence B. Jones, a lawyer and confidant for the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Clearly another manifestation of white supremacy.
