What’s a worse “attack on the American system of justice”, challenging your prosecutors or prosecuting your challengers?
I’m echoing Biden’s rhetoric who recently gloated that. “For the first time in American history, a former president that is a convicted felon is now seeking the office of the presidency. But as disturbing as that is, more damaging is the all-out assault Donald Trump is making on the American system of justice.”
I don’t know what “all-out assault” Trump is making here. Unless Biden is using the woke formula of “speech is violence” in which case being critical of the system counts as an all-out assault.
Challenging the system prosecuting you (especially when it’s done for blatantly political reasons as virtually everyone credible has acknowledged) is an American tradition.
Prosecuting your political challengers, as Biden and his political faction are doing to Trump, on the other hand is much more of an “all-out assault on the American system of justice.”
Any system can and should be able to survive some criticism. Its credibility can’t however survive being turned into a hand puppet for political special interests.
And that is what is happening here.
A justice system can survive those who challenge prosecutors, but it can’t survive those who prosecute challengers.

No, Daniel, Biden is not “using the woke formula of speech is violence.” He is referring to the fact that Donald Trump refused to accept the result of a free and fair election, attempted by several means to reverse the results of the election, and encouraged his followers to violently opposed the peaceful transfer of presidential power.
That is not “criticizing the system.” That is putting one’s personal ambitions above the system. You know the 2020 election was not rigged (this is why you never claim that it was in you ‘articles’). You must be capable of seeing the difference (most of your regular commenters are not, but that’s just how it is).

I seldom interact with you but often read people who disagree with me to test my own presuppositions and study against my own ignorance. You never make me study because I can see your false presuppositions. Your writing, unlike Daniel Greenfield’s, does not have the gravitas of coherence and evidence.
