Someone compared the Hamas campus riots to ‘knocking on an open door’.
But that’s what campus riots have almost always been.
The final act of the farce has university leaders rushing to agree to the demands of the Hamas supporters occupying campuses before the semester ends.
The end of the semester would also end the riots. Most of the students would go home and the remaining outside activists would be all too easy to spot. And without a sizable student body on campuses, there would be all too few Jewish students or faculty members to harass.
Occupying a campus over the summer would be like occupying the beach over the winter. Mostly pointless.
All university administrations have to do now is wait a few weeks. And yet they’re rushing to cut deals that range from a ban on student learning in Israel to partial bans on Israeli companies to including some degree of BDS consideration into their decision-making processes, as well as deals with Hamas colleges like Birzeit and special scholarships and roles for terrorist supporters.
Not only isn’t any of this necessary, but it’s the equivalent of cutting a deal with a terrorist just as he’s about to pass out from lack of sleep.
Administrators are not doing this because they have to, but because they want to, because they’re choosing to support the terrorists.
I could almost stand their craven cratering. What’s even worse is the therapeutic language in which they couch their
surrender announcements which uniformly contain, from those I’ve seen, blather about the “pain”, “trauma” and “grief” the little brats wrecking the universities have been “suffering.”. Makes me wanna wretch.
No student should enroll in or return to these universities. No student.
Any student choosing to attend, and any parent choosing to pay tuition for that student is supporting terror.
It’s so tempting to ignore reality if one is not personally touched by the reality of hatred and terror directed towards others.
It’s a luxury to detach oneself from it, abstain from it and pretend it doesn’t matter in one’s own, basically unaffected life. Reacting to reality this way, reduces it to a mere nuisance, a temporary interruption, comparable to rubbernecking.
But with this strategically preplanned campus chaos designed to generate more anti Israel, anti American policies through staged, sham ‘negotiations’, Americans should feel impelled to choose a side; and of course I mean not the side that these universities have chosen and will continue to choose if given the resources of students and money.
The time for apathy is over.
Apathy will allow tyranny to take over.
It is time for the adult students and their parents to take responsibility and follow through.
They will save America.
I was there and saw Orson Welles setting up to film his film noir masterpiece: “In Touch of Evil” on Windward Ave, Venice, California. Orson was conferring with one of his lighting grips who was on a scaffolding positioning a very powerful Klieg light. Orson turned to the crowd, looked down at me, a child then, looked back at the crowd and said in a controlled voice that bounces off the houses and buildings in a perfectly projected voice and said: “Why is this child staring at me?” then turned and disappeared into the night of Venice Beach from the local residents when location filming was very rare then. As a teenager Orson Welles came back to me and I sought to watch all his movies and find out all about Orson, so reading this incredible article, I think of the speech Orson Welles, playing Clarence Darrow in the 1960 movie: “Compulsion”: and the way Welles asks in his soliloquy: “Are we crazy?” I hope posting a YouTube link to this soliloquy and listen to the way Orson says: “Are we crazy?” Work on this energy and use it in the face of not stopping and allowing this lunacy as the article describes as well as every other demonic lunacy we are standing in the morass hip deep!

Clarence Darrow would be considered a liberal today. Not knowing what or if any party Darrow sided with. Lawyers got wins with common sense as much as citing current laws because without common sense, the jurors could not survive and that was the rule of that day: Without common sense, you are not going to survive. With today youth can learn all about computers and the internet starting age 1 and 2 and making legit money by age 13 or 15 so by the time they are 21 they are already multimillionaires. There is that common sense as well. But common sense also says what is going on from the persecution of President Donald Trump to Israel to open borders, to allowing groups like the nazzi hamazz supporters hypocrites, antifa hypocrites, BLM hypocrites. Such hypocrisy will not be allowing into Heaven. if they do not repent of their hypocrisy they will not pass JUDGEMENT.
This is the critical thinking common sense that made Clarence Darrow and Ben Franklin successful as people then drank in and loved the truth that helped them too. Are we crazy? https://youtu.be/CrjbL4eedkQ?si=ne1oY6kD_ff0VQQN&t=94
So, many campuses have decided to support the goals of Hitler. Just goes to show there really isn’t much difference in the types of socialism.
The administrators play the part of proper bureaucrats at hearings but become deranged flamers when plotting policy.
