At some point in the last four years, the president ceased to be. We do not yet know the date at which the man holding the office became incompetent to carry out his duties. What we do know is that his entire administration engaged in a concerted conspiracy to cover up his incapacity.
This conspiracy was not just one of the many lies told for political purposes: it was a coup.
As America’s political class grows sicker, we have witnessed the spectacle of members of Congress who are institutionalized or so decrepit that they no longer know where they are, ‘sponsoring legislation’ and ‘casting votes’. These are not just deceptions: they are crimes.
The United States has a representative government of elected officials who are the only ones entitled to wield their powers. Voters do not elect staffers and staffers are not empowered to wield legislative power only to provide advice and assistance to qualified elected officials.
Staffers who not only cover up the mental decline of an elected official, but who act in his or her name, are seizing power from the people and acting on their own behalf. This is a coup.
While staffers acting in place of mentally incapacitated members of the House or Senate is serious, the senility coup that took place during the Biden administration is far worse.
Presidential powers are far more expansive than those of any legislator and even long after Biden was displaced as his party’s candidate on the grounds of mental incapacity, and even well after the election was lost, his staffers are engaged in large-scale efforts to transform America.
Actions are being taken in Biden’s name to set precedents and tie the hands of the incoming legally elected administration. The perpetrators of the senility coup are trying to stage their own coup against the outcome of the 2024 election by seizing power in every possible arena from foreign affairs to domestic economics to the criminal justice system. They have signed off on Turkey’s conquest of Syria, pardoned every criminal they could and created special privileges for their union supporters in the federal workforce meant to block any future reforms.
And that is only the beginning.
But whatever they do, the most vital point is that they have no legal right to do it.
We do not know who is actually making the decisions in the White House, but what we do know is that the one and only man legally entitled to do so is not capable of carrying out the duties of his office. Any cabinet members, staffers, advisers or family members drawing up proposals or bringing documents to Joe Biden to sign are taking part in a coup against the American people.
This is no small matter.
After years of being lied to, the American people deserve the truth and a government they can trust. That can only happen if Congress conducts hearings into Biden’s mental capacity, subpoenaing documents, and compelling medical personnel and advisers to testify under oath about Biden’s mental capacity in everyday affairs so that a date can be set for his incapacity.
Once that date is set, legal action must be used to retroactively invalidate all of Biden’s actions taken after that date including a post-election spree to sabotage the Trump administration.
Presidential powers, including pardon powers, are vast, but an incapacitated president has no powers. None of his actions, in whatever form they are taken, have any legal standing. His executive orders, his pardons, and his signatures are worthless. And none of the actions taken by his administration on a thousand fronts have any legal standing because their executive authority is a function of the chief executive. All of it then would have to be unwound.
The impact of this would be tremendous but absolutely necessary to protect the legal integrity of the federal government. It would also send a message that the senility coups are at an end.
Everyone who was aware of Biden’s mental incapacity but continued to act in his name, must face charges for taking part in a coup. The Biden administration has claimed that its opponents represented a “threat to democracy” when its personnel not only threatened democracy, but actively seized power from the people by maintaining their own Weekend at Bernie’s regime.
Under the 25th Amendment, Vice President Kamala Harris and cabinet members were required to notify Congress once they realized that President Biden was incapacitated. They did not do so. Had they, Kamala would have been legally able to take office and assume his responsibilities. Their failure to do so created a secret constitutional crisis that escalated into a coup. It is now the duty of Congress to unwind the constitutional crisis by forcing the parties to it to testify or face imprisonment, and to distinguish the legitimate from illegitimate actions.
In the absence of a clarified time of mental incapacity, all of the actions undertaken by the Biden administration are potentially illegitimate and have no legal standing. It is therefore in the interests of the administration’s personnel to clarify a date of mental incapacity otherwise the argument may be made that the entire administration had the character of a prolonged coup.
What is at stake here is more than just the question of one party’s victory over another.
Representative government was the basis for the American Revolution and for the Constitution. It’s what distinguishes our republic from a tyranny. If America is to be governed by unelected officials acting in the name of a mentally incapable ruler, what distinguishes America in 2024 from England in 1776? Americans today are already ruled by an administrative state of bureaucrats to a degree that the Founding Fathers could never have been able to imagine.
The senility coup is the final phase of an administrative coup in which the powers of elected officials disappear into the maw of a self-sustaining bureaucracy that rules over the people using puppets. Over the last four years, the president literally became a puppet of the state.
This cannot be allowed to continue.
Congress can take back the power wrongly seized from the American people by investigating and exposing the senility coup, and restoring the rule of lawful elected government. The American people deserve the truth and they deserve to be able to govern themselves.
I think something similar happened near the end of Woodrow Wilson’s Presidency.

If you want to fix a date for Biden’s obvious incapacity, it could be when he said in February 2020 that he was running for senator. It could have been four years earlier in 2016 when some Obama folk arranged for Joe to appear on stage at the Oscars, a ceremony glorifying movies that cash in on violence as entertainment, to let America know that sexual assault must stop (but it’s okay to pardon sexual assault criminals).

in his garage. I’m sure I read somewhere, probably in 2019, that Jill said that her husband shouldn’t run for president because her husband was in no condition to run for president. She would know. But will she ever admit that? You never know……

CCP’s Xi would be my guess of that foreign power guiding Sleepy’s signatures.
Afterall, they paid the most money, and have plenty of recordings/videos of Hunter. Hunter is just as stupid, and just as maliable as Sleepy. (Although, after Hunter’s laptop became public, the shock value of Xi’s blackmail videos became diminished somewhat.)

A “prolonged coup”, indeed. America has been forced into an unprecedented coup since 2020 with the overthrow of our Presidential Election. The continued coup has involved a diverse group of individuals, too, from government, non-profits, corporations, and even medical teams. During Joe Biden’s placement in the White House, those who enabled him and/or acted ‘on behalf’ of him, are guilty of high crimes. Everyone from Joe Biden’s wife to his personal doctors, to his staff, and beyond — they are ALL guilty of being a part of this hideous and illegal conspiracy.

All you say is true. I believe the entire 2020 campaign onward was nothing but a coup against the people of America. Unfortunately, most of Congress is in on it just like they ignored the stolen election and went along with Pelosi ‘s insurrection lies, they will do nothing to help America and go after these traitors! Perhaps it’s time to dissolve the country. Nothing last forever, and all empires fall. The conservative regions would be permanently liberated from the toxic influence of the Left Coast and Northeast. Newsom, Walz, Whitler, AOC, etc, cannot become president of a government that no longer exists. Imagine Ron DeSantis as the 1st president of the Dixie Republic, or the fully sovereign Republic of Florida.
One of the first things Congress can demand is the release of Biden’s interview with Robert Hur for which a transcript has already been provided. That will serve two purposes: First, it will undoubtedly show how senile Biden was at that point in his presidency, and second, and likely more important, it may show that the transcript was doctored by a corrupt DOJ.

On DAY TWO, biden should be arrested and charged with the Documents Case. The LEFT will immediately spring into action to declare he is not mentally fit to stand trial! Congress should immediately enact a LAW that REQUIRES that Congress/VP/President MUST be MENTALLY COMPETENT and PROVE it on an ANNUAL BASIS! Also, their dependency on medication should be revealed. Everyone in the White House knew, every Democrat in the Senate and Congress knew probably every Republican as well. Every crisis, every disaster, every event that happens is used to further their political power and enrich themselves. To Democrats, they didn’t care that Biden was demented because they were able to implement their agenda through all kinds of devious methods and enrich themselves and their donors in the chaos; the Republicans didn’t care because they were betting it would cause problems for the Dems in the next election(and also they got to spend a shit ton of money for themselves and their donors).
This is THE biggest scandal in American history and there must be a great reckoning for every single participant in it. They can not be allowed to get away with this.
Congress was remiss not to impeach Biden years ago. That ship has long since sailed. Pray that January 20 arrives without further lunacy from the WH.

Here’s my take on it. From the beginning of the campaign in 2020, Biden was told that he will be the “Ol white man” face of the presidential race for the DemoCraps. He was told, do what the hell we tell you and shut the **k up because you are only to get elected, you won’t make one decision while your in office, your moo slim brotherhood handlers will make all your decisions and write all your speeches. And by the way, in 2024 you will act as if you cannot finish and Kamala will take over as the de facto leader in the public eye. You’ll bow out and Kamala will run as Democrap presidental candidate.

You left out the doctors. Prominent Doctors in this nation have had their licenses, removed or threatened for removal for disagreeing with the Covid debacle. The same thing is happening to Doctor whistleblowers, for outing hospitals that are mutating children with Transgender surgeries and interventions.
Clearly, the physicians that examined Biden lied. They should be prosecuted and lose their licenses.
The AG should also be prosecuted for a cover-up. He extensively interviewed Biden for the Presidential document investigation and did not report it. Criminally go after him.

Our leaders are showing themselves in glorious technicolor that the vast majority of them totally lack the moral fortitude and bravery to do the hard things required to be in position of leadership—that includes balancing the budget, eliminating useless and communist and globalist spending, and calling out Biden’s senility via the 25th Amendment. Most if not all should be recalled or removed as Oliver Cromwell did as he did as Commanding General and Vice Regent of Britain with the standing Parliament. Cromwell attempted to make Great Britian great again.
Far too many of our “distinguished” reps view this situation as a personal opportunity to either elevate themselves or enrich themselves. I think many of them see themselves as the “Candy Man” who maintain their popularity and longevity by handing out goodies instead of addressing important issues that affect the nation. The crisis created by a senile POTUS and the need to address the damage done sends many of them off to the closet hoping it will be forgotten or resolved by others. Cowards do not make their way through life exercising good judgment or moral fortitude. They hide in the crowd hoping not to be noticed.
One wonders, at this point, whether Biden is even remotely aware of the awful, suicidal decisions being made for him that are essentially tanking any possibility of his having a “legacy” that anyone will even want to remember. Maybe someone will write an opera about this (John Adams, if he lives long enough?).
I think he sees himself as a success since his life-long goal was to grab the golden ring. (Actually, he was handed it but to him it’s all the same.) He could care less about his “legacy”, at this point. All that matters to him is he got to the top and got rich while doing so. It’s ironic that a man who built his career by hook or by crook finally got the hook. Sadly, the damage had already been done.
Most voters knew Biden was battling dementia in 2020 but he was installed by criminals controlling the voting process. They kept him hidden away for the most part so he wouldn’t mess up their plans. Now that it’s totally exposed people need to be held accountable for their actions so this never happens again. I am a hard core cynic. I would love to be wrong. I would be willing that in the second term of Trump he will allow the criminals to go free. Remember Hillary! Paid zero for her server exposing classified docs to the World. No accountability. When they were rounding up J6’ers where was Trump and the Uniparty? When they were doing lockdowns for year and and half where was Trump and the Uniparty. The second coming hasn’t arrived. Smoke and mirrors to distract from the damage that has taken place. The worse damage is yet to come. That will be when a simple majority will one morning wake up that saving our behinds from all those who believe we are useless eaters will take our speaking out strongly. Date Biden’s incapacity from the time that that DOJ attorney opined that no jury would find a senile old man like Biden guilty of anything—so why bother charging him—and then use his incapacity to invalidate any preemptive pardons that have been given, or that might be given, to malefactors ranging from his own family members, to Anthony Fauci, to Liz Cheney, and so on.
