There are two Cuomo scandals.
1. The deaths of 8,000 to 11,000 nursing home patients in part due to Cuomo’s decision to force nursing homes to accept infected patients.
2. Cuomo’s inappropriate behavior with women
In no sane society would the #MeToo stuff outweigh the deaths of thousands of senior citizens. But while conservatives keep trying to talk about those deaths (I’ve been writing about this for a year), the media is backing the Sandernistas who want to talk about #MeToo.
If you’re wondering why they’re doing that, don’t. Cuomo’s original accuser was a Sandernista. The first elected official who demanded he resign is too.
Lindsey Boylan tried to primary Rep. Nadler by claiming he didn’t want to impeach Trump hard enough and is running to be the borough president of Manhattan.
Boylan is a Bernie Sanders supporter and she just announced that she’s launching her own PAC.
Lindsey Boylan, who accused Cuomo in a Medium post of kissing her without her consent among other allegations, said on Twitter that she plans to launch the PAC in an effort to primary Schumer, who is up for reelection next year, and Gillibrand, who is not up for reelection until 2025.
What does going after Schumer and Gillibrand, who lost whatever shot she had at a presidential ticket when she called for Franken to step down, have to do with Boylan’s claims about Cuomo? Despite all the arm-waving, nothing. But it ties into the Sanidernista ambition to take over New York politics.
A nonprofit known as the Gravel Institute tweeted in response to Boylan’s proposal that they’re “on board.”
The Gravel Institute is tied in with the Sanders wing of the party.
It’s a tacky move by Boylan, but give her credit, she may have no obvious aptitudes or skills, but she’s got drive. So her role model is clearly AOC. And for the Sandernista camp, taking out Cuomo would only be the first step in a bid to fill New York’s political system with hardcore socialists.
