After Texas attempted to secure the border, the Biden administration and its open borders media are claiming that three migrants, a woman and two children, supposedly drowned in the Rio Grande because border patrol agents were not able to be in place to save them.
The only reason Texas has been denying access to the border patrol is because federal personnel were turned into coyotes smuggling illegal alien invaders into America.
Texas did not cause that woman and her kids to cross the Rio Grande… Biden did.
By maintaining an open border, Biden created an “attractive nuisance”. Homeowners have been sued under that doctrine for having an unsafe swimming pool that kids jump into and then suffer an accident even when the kids are trespassing.
What goes for a swimming pool goes a thousandfold for the United States of America and its social welfare system.
We know that the only reason a mass invasion is taking place is because Biden chooses to not only allow it, but to shut down any efforts to prevent it. He’s gone to court to fight Texas over its effort to at least slow down the horrifying assault on the border.
There is a legal immigration system. Biden chose to replace it with open borders. Open borders are inherently unsafe. There is a safe solution and that is to build a wall and stop letting in anyone who shows up at a border crossing.
Biden effectively lured that mother and her kids here. Their deaths are his responsibility.

We get a good look inside Biden’s empty brain pan when it comes to our open southern border, for he really believes that he can blame ANYONE other than his administration and the American people will, somehow, buy it. Saturday, before leaving for Camp David, he actually stopped to talk to reporters on the WH lawn for a change. He was asked, “Do you believe the situation at our southern border in a ‘crisis’ ?”
He blamed Republicans, of course.
“I’ve been pushing them…my Republican colleagues since I took office. I believe we have to make major changes at the border. I’ve been pushing for that. I am ready to make significant changes at the border. And we have been negotiating for the last five weeks, so I hope we can achieve that.”
The “negotiating”, of course, refers to the joined-at-the-hip Ukraine war funding grift, where this vile administration has decided to hold the American people hostage until such time as the ransom is paid.
He finished with, “If my Republicans colleagues don’t fund Ukraine, they’re gonna have an awful lot to pay for.”
Wrong, Joey. It has been America’s position for many, many years NOT to negotiate with terrorists, be they external or internal, and this ‘carrot and stick’ approach demonstrates where your loyalties lie…and it’s anywhere other than with the American people.
Biden’s brain has never been very strong, but the candlepower he does have has always partnered with immorality, lies and hatred of the American citizen.
Although I agree with the attractive nuisance doctrine for unsupervised children, that mother was an adult who chose to cross the Rio Grande with her children. She chose that place and not another.
Why should intellectual and moral agency not be hers?
I think our government, in agreement with globalist powers, thinks of us in this way and is doing its best to make us without intellectual or moral power.
Next we’ll see Dems, MSM and activist groups call for Texas to place lifeguards every 100 yards along the Rio Grande.
Better arm them.
