I was privileged to listen to John Eastman speak twice and lay out his case at David Horowitz Freedom Center events, including at the Restoration Weekend in New Orleans and at an event in Los Angeles. Both times, Eastman spoke compellingly about what he had gone through in the lawfare campaign to destroy him for representing Trump.
State Bar Judge Yvette Roland, a Kamala donor, who had specialized in employment law, as a president of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, had been appointed to the State Bar Court by former Speaker Toni Atkins, whose main claim to fame was being the first lesbian in that position, who lacks a fraction of Eastman’s legal knowledge or acumen, announced that Eastman’s law license would be suspended because he had committed the crime of representing Trump.
Now, the Kamala judge is doubling down by refusing to hear an appeal, because, according to the leftist, “Eastman’s motion fails to demonstrate that he no longer presents a threat to the public.”
What exactly does this “threat to the public” entail?
Representing conservatives against leftists. So obviously an appeal based on his current caseload of representing conservatives wasn’t going to work.
Those are the very grounds on which Roland declared him a threat to the public. And by the public, she means the Left.
The judge said, she still views him as a danger to the public, not least because he has refused to accept responsibility for any of the misconduct she said he committed.
Eastman is a threat because he’s still fighting. And the whole point of the exercise is to neutralize the political threats.
That’s one of their main tactics: scare lawyers away from representing the Prez.
Yes, Alina Hotty Habba is charged with a bunch of fake felonies, and she and Eastman aren’t the only ones.
I honestly believe the violent overthrow of these criminal tyrants is the only answer and I hope somebody foments and organizes that. They all need a fair and legal trial followed by a fair and legal hanging.

The shameful treatment of John Eastman illustrates an often-missed point about what is going on in our nation.
Even after the Civil War, combatants were able to negotiate a difficult resolution because of shared priors. Americans shared language, religion, history, law and culture. The rule of law under the Constitution and shared priors stood; a difficult resolution after hostilities ceased was made possible by them. We were brothers.
We conservatives assert the rule of law to no avail. There is no freedom to advance or defend any view conflicting with progressive orthodoxy. Heretics are “life unworthy of life.” Progressives understand only power, and see everything in terms of it.
We will only win when we understand that we are in a war and our enemies must be completely destroyed by all means necessary. The rule of law only applies to those who understand and bear the duties of freedom. Power now belongs to those who hate western civilization and westernkind.
