Whatever you think about the actual situation in the Ukraine, you know perfectly well what the media’s reaction to “Trump Halted Military Aid to Ukraine Before Putin Meeting” would be.

By the evening, Rachel Maddow would have a 15-minute commentary that used the word “traitor” a dozen times, three House Democrats would have called for an investigation, the Washington Post would be running with a story based entirely on “anonymous sources”, etc…

We lived this stuff for four years. I don’t need to beat the dead horse any deader.

In real life, President Trump actually provided military aid to the Ukraine, after Obama refused to do so. Obama slow-walked shipments of MREs and boots. And by military aid, I mean Javelin missiles. Stuff that could make an actual difference on the battlefield.

The media went crazy over a temporary hold on military aid to the Ukraine under Trump, but it’s frantically spinning Biden’s decision to halt military aid to the Ukraine before meeting with Vladimir Putin.

It’s not surprising that Biden has rebooted Obama’s foreign policy to Russia and the Ukraine. But the media is lying about that while burying the lede.
