Former FBI boss James Comey posted an image of seashells forming “86 47” but quickly claimed, “I didn’t realize some folks associate those numbers with violence. It never occurred to me but I oppose violence of any kind so I took the post down.” The Secret Service has good reason to take it as a threat.
“86” is code for “get rid of,” quite possibly in a permanent way. Comey knew exactly what he was doing, Trump said, and the “dirty cop” was calling for the assassination of the president. Comey was aware that Trump had survived two assassination attempts and was lobbying for another. As the people should know, the FBI is also in the “86” business.
In August of 2023, an FBI SWAT team shot and killed Craig Robertson, a 75-year-old woodworker for threats against Joe Biden he allegedly made on the internet. Threats to the president are normally handled by the Secret Service, but this was an FBI operation all the way. James Comey made no statement or post on the killing that anybody can find. As he had to know, deadly force is longstanding FBI practice.
In the Ruby Ridge standoff of 1992, the FBI deployed massive military force against a single family. On August 22, 1992, FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi shot dead Randy’s wife Vicki Weaver as she held her infant daughter. Vicki Weaver was unarmed, not under arrest, and not wanted for any crime. Snipers are trained carefully to “acquire” the target, so there is little chance the shooting was accidental. When it came to preventing deadly force against the people, the FBI was a bust.
In 1993, the FBI failed to prevent Islamic terrorists from bombing the World Trade Center, which claimed six victims. In 1995, the FBI failed to prevent the Oklahoma City bombing, with 168 dead. The FBI failed to prevent the massive attack of 9/11, Fort Hood (2009), the Boston Marathon (2013), San Bernardino (2015) and Orlando in 2016, and the FBI played no role in the take down of the terrorists. This lapse was the legacy of the composite character president formerly known as Barry Soetoro.
He changed the FBI focus from Islamic terrorism to his domestic opposition, people who value their constitutional rights and remain skeptical of government power. In similar style in 2012, the Department of Homeland Security released Hot Spots of Terrorism and Other Crimes in the United States, 1979-2008. This study classified persons judged to be “suspicious of centralized federal authority” and “reverent of individual liberty” as “extreme right-wing terrorists.” That was part of the composite character’s fundamental transformation of America.
His chosen successor was former First Lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a familiar figure with special problems. She maintained a private email server in her residence, smashed electronic devices and destroyed thousands of emails after they had been subpoenaed by Congress. Comey had been a Clinton crony going back to his time as a U.S. attorney. In his official statement on July 5, 2016, Comey said:
Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.
As a result, although the Department of Justice makes final decisions on matters like this, we are expressing to Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case.
I know there will be intense public debate in the wake of this recommendation, as there was throughout this investigation. What I can assure the American people is that this investigation was done competently, honestly, and independently. No outside influence of any kind was brought to bear.
Opinions are irrelevant, and they were all uninformed by insight into our investigation, because we did the investigation the right way. Only facts matter, and the FBI found them here in an entirely apolitical and professional way. I couldn’t be prouder to be part of this organization.
And so on. For David Horowitz, it was the biggest political fix in American history, and there was more to it. The composite character deployed the FBI against candidate and President Trump, collaborating in the Russia hoax first announced by Hillary Clinton.
Comey, Peter Stzok, Lisa Page et al were never held accountable. After 2020, the FBI acted as Biden’s secret police force, raiding Trump’s residence, harassing his allies, and gunning down a man who allegedly issued online threats to Biden. The Delaware Democrat was in no danger but candidate Trump certainly was.
Last July 13 in Pennsylvania, Thomas Mathew Crooks gained a rooftop shooting position and got off eight shots, one striking Trump in the ear. FBI director Christopher Wray said Trump had been hit by “shrapnel,” in effect, a denial of a clear assassination attempt. With his “86-47” post, former FBI boss Comey is talking to the anti-Trump network still embedded in the FBI, which Kash Patel is fundamentally transforming.
Patel’s FBI recently stopped a terrorist attack in Michigan and is transferring agents out of Washington to fight crime across the country. Those are good signs but much work remains.
In 2009, the FBI knew that U.S. Army Major Nidal Hasan, a self-proclaimed “Soldier of Allah” was communicating with al Qaeda terrorist Anwar al Awlaki about killing Americans. Someone in the FBI’s Washington office ruled that Hasan was not involved in terrorist activities and called off the surveillance. That freed up the jihadist to murder 13 Americans at Fort Hood, which the composite character and vice president Joe Biden failed to call terrorism or even gun violence.
Kash Patel should reveal which FBI official made the call on Hasan. Was this official disciplined, demoted or dismissed? If not, why not? In 2025 moving forward, it’s all about memory against forgetting.
Thanks Lloyd, excellent article !!!!!
And they still haven’t solved the assassination of Phillip Haney.
