The tell was always there when Democrats, their media and their prosecutors kept on arguing that Trump represented a “threat to democracy”. The various cases against President-elect Trump were not serious methodically argued products of an objective legal process, but successors to Russiagate whose original and final purpose had always been election interference.
The rule of thumb is that current and future candidates are targeted with personal legal cases aimed at wearing them down and disqualifying them as presidential candidates, while sitting presidents have their administrations targeted in order to inhibit their functioning.
The abandonment of the Trump cases simply signals that the ‘resistance’ is moving from the former to the latter.
Jack Smith, like Mueller, was only the latest in a succession of propped up figures who played the inquisitioner role for an audience of MSNBC viewers and Washington Post readers. Everyone else with common sense knew how this would play out. And that’s why they cared very little.
Smith dropped the nonsensical election subversion case now that the election has been won. There will be other cases and other front men, but they will be aimed at the incoming administration and figures around it. The investigations of Trump’s conduct in Term 2 will be generated on schedule, but their aim will be to create chaos and inhibit the administration. What was election interference will move on to interference with a duly elected administration by special prosecutors, state prosecutors and a crew of activist lawyers employed by major organizations.
One wave of lawfare is dead. The next is being developed now.

If I am allowed to say it, this was largely a movement of angry, unqualified black female judges and black female prosecutors. Chutkin, Willis, L. James were the principles. Basically a parade of DEI losers. Tagging along after them were the DEI B-team…….. Fat Alvin, Soyboy Merchan. and Jackie Smith.

I’d expect the same degree of success will be had as the prior efforts generated, which should result in astonishing success in the next steps.

Regarding the Jack Smith version of lawfare, Democ-rats should seek a refund from the Acme Lawfare Company since their mail-order “Convicted Felon” contraption backfired against President Trump. At the very least, Acme should supply the Democ-rats with a “Sure Fire Lawfare” replacement device that’s bound to work next time. Indeed, Democ-rats deserve the all new “Alvin Bragg” version: Beep Beep.

Or a big show to promote Trump to the front,… just as I warned about when the indictments started. He is one of them, they are just deceiving the people on a large scale. People, remember, they murdered a sitting president in broad daylight! If Trump was a real threat, he would already have been in the ground. You can be sure of that, but he’s already telling you that he’s setting you up again with a national emergency and all his swamp and corporate fascist picks are nothing new…. same swamp, same Trump, and it’s about to get real bumpy as he will be the one to finish off the UN’s Agenda 2030 and lead the US right to the doorstep.

Meanwhile, state bar associations will continue being weaponized to go after the licenses & livelihoods of lawyers who would otherwise be more eager to assist political catalysts for fiscally conservative change. “Ethics” rules remain ambiguous and unpredictably applied, so that the supposed regulators will have the upper-hand. It’s a racket that only gets worse in some states.
I just do not understand why we cannot turn the tables and prosecute them, target them, inhibit them? What are we? Weaklings? If you sit there and take it without responding in kind you get it over and over. Let’s prepare some cases against them. Surely there’s tons of solid cause . .

Yes, but there has to be a legal way to neutralise their lawfare. We must find their Achilles’ heel in the statutes and respond accordingly.
We have won an election but the battle rages on. Marxists and those who hate our nation have not surrendered. A very short period of wound licking and their subversion will continue unabated to undermine every attempt Trump makes to clean up the entrenched corruption of the State. It remains to be seen how much Trump will be able to do in the short time given. America will have to support many more like minded strong leaders to restore our nation and MAGA.
