This is the insufferable blue-eyed blonde who successfully passed herself off as Cherokee despite being less convincing than Rachel Dolezal. (At least Rach invested in makeup.) So unsurprisingly, another Warren “common folks” story of woe turns out to be as credible as her Pow Wow Chow.

Warren told an audience at a town hall in Carson City, Nev. Wednesday that she had “loved” working as a special needs teacher.

“By the end of the first year, I was visibly pregnant, and the principal did what principals did in those days,” she said. “Wish me luck and hire someone else for the job.”

Warren has repeated the story at campaign appearances throughout the summer, each time repeating the “principal did what principals did” line to describe her departure from teaching.

That’s take 2. But take 1 has turned up.

“I was married at nineteen and then graduated from college [at the University of Houston] after I’d married,” Warren, then a Harvard Law School professor, said in an interview posted to YouTube in 2008.  “My first year post-graduation, I worked — it was in a public school system but I worked with the children with disabilities. I did that for a year, and then that summer I actually didn’t have the education courses, so I was on an ’emergency certificate,’ it was called.

“I went back to graduate school and took a couple of courses in education and said, ‘I don’t think this is going to work out for me,'” Warren continued. “I was pregnant with my first baby, so I had a baby and stayed home for a couple of years, and I was really casting about, thinking, ‘What am I going to do?'”

Now, Warren is a lawyer. And, unlike Hillary Clinton, she actually knows her business. Which means she leaves things properly vague.

She implies, but doesn’t straight out say, that she was fired for being pregnant. Instead, she leaves it up to her audience to fill in the blanks. Where Hillary told obvious lies, Warren draws a picture and lets her audience do the rest. And that’s harder to shake.

Warren could have put it in stronger language, but her old interview shows us why she didn’t. These days she needs a better story, but instead of telling a disprovable lie, a Hillary favorite, she lets her audience do the heavy lifting for her. And if it becomes an issue, she can always say that she was misunderstood.

Did she lie? No, we just misunderstood what she meant. She wasn’t comfortable with the job, so the principal wished her luck, and hired someone else.

This is why Warren is more dangerous than Hillary.
