In any terrorist attack, facts about the perpetrators and victims are slow to emerge in any detail. In New Orleans on New Year’s Day, the primary fact was clear right from the start. The Federal Bureau of Investigation failed to prevent a Muslim named Shamsud-Din Jabbar from perpetrating an act of vehicular jihad that claimed at least 14 innocent lives and wounded many others. The FBI was quick to augment the failure with falsehood.
New Orleans mayor La Toya Cantrell told reporters, “know that the city of New Orleans was impacted by a terrorist attack.” For FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Alethea Duncan, “this is not a terrorist event,” and the FBI would be taking over the investigation. The result was what Americans have come to expect.
Shamsud-Din Jabbar flew a black Islamic State Flag. The FBI acknowledged the connection but found no evidence that the Islamic State had directed him to launch the attack. As it happens, back in 2014, ISIS told its followers:
If you are not able to find an IED or a bullet, then single out the disbelieving American, Frenchman, or any of their allies. Smash his head with a rock, or slaughter him with a knife, or run him over with your car, or throw him down from a high place, or choke him, or poison him.
So the FBI was wrong, and the New Orleans attack was hardly its first failure. As the people might recall, on February 26, 1993, the FBI failed to prevent Islamic terrorists from bombing the World Trade Center in New York. The attack claimed six deaths, with more than 1,000 wounded, a warning of what was to come.
On September 11, 2001, the FBI failed to prevent a small band of Al Qaeda terrorists from hijacking airliners and crashing them into the World Trade Center and Pentagon, with 3,000 dead and thousands wounded. After this massive attack, the worst since Pearl Harbor in 1941, the FBI failed to elevate its vigilance against Islamic jihad on American soil.
U.S. Army major Nidal Hasan proclaimed himself a “Soldier of Allah,” the definition of a jihadist. The FBI knew Hasan was communicating with al Qaeda terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki about killing Americans. Even so, the bureau’s Washington office “does not currently assess Hasan to be involved in terrorist activities.” In reality, he was.
At Fort Hood on November 5, 2009, yelling “Allahu Akbar” as he fired, Hasan murdered 13 American soldiers, including Pvt Francheska Velez who was pregnant, and wounded more than 30 others. By this time, the composite character president, formerly known as Barry Soetoro, had shifted the FBI’s focus from Islamic terrorism to his domestic opposition, with predictable consequences.
Russian intelligence warned the FBI about Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev but the bureau failed to follow through. On April 13, 2013 at the Boston Marathon, the Muslim brothers detonated bombs that killed three and wounded nearly 300. That attack encouraged other terrorists on the home front.
On December 2, 2015 at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California, Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik murdered 14 employees, wounded more than 20 others, and planted bombs to claim more victims and kill the first responders. The FBI failed to prevent this attack, which would not be the last.
In 2013, the FBI interviewed a Muslim named Omar Mateen but judged that he posed no threat. On June, 12, 2016 at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, the Islamic State supporter gunned down 49 people and wounded more than 50 others. As at Fort Hood, the Boston Marathon and San Bernardino, the FBI played no role in the takedown of the terrorists.
In New Orleans last week, local police took down Islamic State jihadist Shamsud-Din Jabbar. The FBI proclaimed the mass murderer a “lone wolf” terrorist who was not “aided by anyone.” Nothing about Jabbar’s motive to murder those the Islamic state calls “disbelieving Americans,” with bullets, IEDs, poison and even cars.
The FBI told Biden the attacker was a U.S. Army veteran “inspired by ISIS,” but the Delaware Democrat did not name or condemn the terrorist. At this writing, the confirmed dead include: Nicole Perez, Drew Dauphin, Reggie Hunter, Matthew Tennedorio, Kareem Badawi, Hubert Gauthreaux, Terrence Kennedy, Elliot Wilkinson, Brandon Taylor, Edward Pettifer, Nikyra Dedeaux and Latasha Polk. The victims range in age from 18-63 and like the many others wounded they simply wanted to ring in the new year in fine style.
At this writing, Joe Biden has yet to name a single victim of Shamsud-Din Jabbar Jabbar’s attack. As the mass murder confirms, the FBI fails to protect Americans from terrorism but succeeds in obscuring the motives of the terrorists. The bureau also excels at persecuting pro-life activists, harassing peacefully protesting parents, and gunning down 75-year old woodworker Craig Robertson for statements about Biden he allegedly posted online.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has become Joe Biden’s private Gestapo and KGB. Kash Patel, President Trump’s pick to head the FBI, has his work cut out for him. The people will be watching.

Deport all Muslims, citizens or not, from the West. Islam is antithetical to everything America and the west stands for.
Islam continues to attack the Christian world for over 1400 years after Christianity was established peacefully in the middle east 600 years before militant and political islam was spawned from hell.
Tom says
Why not just call Islam a cult and bar its practice. If the courts block this route, then go after the imams that promote the killing of Americans. These preacher’s are the true Insurrectionist and enemies of the state!
Maha says
This is absolutely true. Islam is a political/military movement, its worship elements largely cribbed from Judaism and Christianity.

Islam is a totalitarian supremacist organization masquerading as a religion

The Hadith makes it clear that Muslims are allowed to lie to unbelievers in order to defeat them or protect themselves. There are several forms:
Taqiyya – Saying something that isn’t true as it relates to Muslim identity (i.e whether one is a Muslim or what that means). In Islam, Taqiya or Taqiyya is a precautionary dissimulation or denial of religious belief and practice. Generally, taqiya is the action of committing a sinful act for a pious goal. Hiding one’s beliefs under compulsion is common in many societies and religions. It has been a feature of Islam since its earliest days, and is acknowledged by Muslims of virtually all persuasions.
Taqiyya was even cited in 2015 by Ben Carson, at the time a frontrunner for the Republican nomination, when he said no Muslim should ever be president of the United States. “Taqiyya is a component of Sharia that allows, and even encourages you, to lie to achieve your goals.”
Roark says
“This is the lesson: never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never—in nothing, great or small, large or petty—never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.”
– Winston Churchill

The classic response line from the feds is we “were aware” of …….
Excellent. When were you aware, after seeing it on MSNBC? Why did you not stop it? There are no people with intelligence or initiative in government positions. They are in a chair for the pension that requires no work.

Like he did in 2016 President Trump is only delaying the inevitable Islamic takeover of America.
Star Man says
All Islamic people living in America are certain that America will eventually become an Islamic state. The means of accomplishing this is simple. They will have many children. This is the official strategy of Islam all over the world, including America. This is something that cannot be banned or otherwise restricted. It is good to note that these people are multiplying at a much greater rate than almost any other group. I have to wonder how America will overcome this, or whether it even can. In a few short generations their goal may actually be realized.
This is a real possibility, and everyone needs to be aware.

Send them back from where they came with all their children in tow.

Smash the narrative lies of lone wolf, mental illness, random & one-off:
Never Alone (always with history, mohammed, houris),
No mental illness (pious, dedicated belief in islam, allah),
Anything but random (targets = infidels or wrong/bad muslims),
Not just one, but a pattern of terror (to subdue the kuffar).
James Madison says
The FBI is tasked with investigating and disrupting criminal acts in violation of U.S. law. They are not tasked with “preventing” future crimes, especially when there is no firm evidence the potential perpetrators are engaged in criminal activity (i.e. obtained through legal process with probable cause under the 4th Amendment.)
Some potential criminals legally obtain weapons (2nd Amendment protected) and engage in 1st Amendment protected speech (e.g. pledge allegiance to ISIS) prior to conducting their criminal act; however, the FBI has no legal right to arrest or detain those people unless they are breaking the law, regardless of the allegations made against the suspect.
Either you support the Constitution or you don’t. If you criticize law enforcement for not arresting people for mere criminal thought, you are essentially advocating for giving them powers they shouldn’t be allowed to have.
Paul says
You’re correct but I don’t think that was the point. If they spent their time investigating potential terrorists instead of PTA members. Jan 6th folks into perpetuity, they might have time to explore those that need to be investigated before it is too late.
Semaphore says
Your points are well taken. However, in practice the FBI doesn’t seem to agree with you. What was the firm evidence the perpetrators were engaged in criminal activity that got Vicky Weaver shot in her doorway while armed with a baby? This wasn’t an isolated fluke. As you say, you either support the constitution or you don’t, my fear is that the FBI (considering their skill at setting up losers to law-break and be arrested by the FBI for it) doesn’t.
Kevin Robinson says
As weird as it seems, liberals gravitate towards Islam. England is a little farther along the path to Sharia law than in the USA, but Democrats/Liberals in the USA are just as open to Islam as their counterparts in Europe.
English Liberals were even too cowardly to speak up against sexual slavery and pedophilia when the victims were native English children and Islamic men were the slave traders. Democrats here in the USA are just as feckless.
TRex says
I recently heard England has about 5% muslim population. I also heard Farage say they increase their numbers by 75% every ten years. What is going on that such a small percentage of people can practically take over a nation? Silent majority? Surrender monkeys? Woke takeover of Parliament? All of the above?

FBI surges in the national Islamopandering derby.

Personally I think the FBI be abolished. All agents terminated (some with a 9mm debrief) and then only hired back with a very detailed background check. As in check ALL their email accounts to see if they are displaying any anti-American attitudes. ALSO don’t tell them but then administer the same test new citizens have to pass to get US Citizenship. This would make sure they actually have read the Constitution they are going to enforce. Then test them on critical decisions they could encounter during their service. Only then, if they pass, hire them and put them on a 5 year probation. If they pass all of this they will probably make good agents. ALSO rename the former FBI to differentiate then from the old FBI. Also make it very evident that arresting American Citizens because they are protesting a government decision, like parents at school board meeting, is good for 10 years in prison!
How does it go? When the government fears the Citizens there is FREEDOM. When the citizens fear the government there is slavery.
