Virtually every political and media analyst in the Western world agrees that Hamas is a national liberation movement, dedicated to freeing Palestine from an alleged Israeli occupation. Most also assume that if the Palestinians are given a state, Hamas’ mission will end, and the organization will fade away. A video that surfaced Saturday, however, suggests that all of that analysis, despite being nearly universally accepted, is false.
The video is of a hijabed woman, identified as “Elham, Member of Hamas, Planner of a Suicide Bombing,” explaining matter-of-factly that “we don’t only fight against occupation. Our goal is to spread Islam to all, everywhere.” This suggests that Hamas would not be satisfied with a Palestinian state, but would continue its war against the diminished Israel that would remain after the creation of a Palestinian state until the remainder were Islamized as well. What’s more, Elham’s statement amounts to a declaration of war against every state that is not governed under Islamic law.

Of course, there is no indication that Elham speaks for Hamas as a whole. However, many other Hamas spokesmen have said essentially the same thing. Last December, Fathi Hammad, a member of Hamas’ Political Bureau, also spoke of Hamas as having a universal mission beyond the destruction of Israel. He explained that “the [Palestinian] people have been soldiers throughout history. They are now preparing to liberate Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and I am saying this loud and clear: [The Palestinian people] are preparing to establish the Caliphate, with Jerusalem as its capital city, Inshallah. Jerusalem will not only be the capital city of Palestine as an independent state – it will be the capital city of the Islamic Caliphate.”
In Sunni Islamic theology, an Islamic caliphate is a supranational state that commands the allegiance of all Muslims worldwide, transcending nationality and ethnicity. Thus Hammad, like Elham, sees Hamas as far more than just a movement dedicated to the destruction of Israel. Another Hamas official, Mahmoud Al-Zahar, explained in a December 2022 interview that Hamas’ universal mission would eventually bring it into war with Christianity:
When we speak about the Army of Jerusalem and the Battle of the Promise of the Hereafter, we are not talking about liberating our land alone – but we believe in what our Prophet Muhammad said: “Allah drew the ends of the world near one another for my sake, and I have seen its eastern and western ends. The dominion of my nation would reach those ends that have been drawn near me.” The entire 510 million square kilometers of Planet Earth will come under [a system] where there is no injustice, no oppression, no treachery, no Zionism, no treacherous Christianity, and no killings and crimes, like those being committed against the Palestinians, and against the Arabs in all the Arab countries – in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and other countries.
If Hamas is going to bring the entire 510 million square kilometers of Planet Earth are going to come under the domination of Islam, Hamas is essentially declaring war against the entire planet with the exception of Sharia states. Leftists who are expressing their support for Hamas and hatred for Israel these days are likely neither to know nor care that Hamas has these aspirations, as they simply cannot imagine a world in which their Muslim allies would turn against them.
Yet it is already happening. We have seen Muslims in the U.S. leading protests against the trans madness being forced upon children in schools, and in Gaza in October 2023, a Muslim sheikh, Mohammed Saleem Ali, declared during a sermon at the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount that he did not want any “allyship” from “Queers For Palestine,” thank you very much: “Our Muslim Palestinian people will not accept a single homosexual openly declaring his abomination. Will you allow a single homosexual in the land of Jerusalem and Palestine? Will you allow that? No. Our people will not allow there to be institutions that promote this abomination on the blessed and pure land of Palestine. They will not allow any omission or change to the laws of the shari’a, nor will they accept curricula that go against the laws of Islam.”
Can the leftist/Islamic alliance survive both Hamas’ universalist mission and its hostility to sexual deviance and perversion? In a word, no.

Having lived in Pakistan in the 60s, I think I have special insight on the Moslem world. The number one thing Moslems are most disturbed about is the sexual immorality of the Western world. When western TV and movies started penetrating Moslem countries, their kids, particularly the wealthy, were influenced by sexual immorality on the screen, just as American and European young people have been. I can say unequivocally, it radicalized the Moslem world. Case in point—- Iran. You may think that this is an oversimplification, but it is the unvarnished truth.
I was thirteen when my dad took a job working in Pakistan with an American engineering firm. As we prepared to leave, we were advised by the U. S. State Department on being respectful to the culture and religion in Pakistan. They stressed that American women should dressed modestly and that if we embarrassed the United States with objectionable behavior, we would be kicked out.
People can tolerate a lot of change, but when it comes to religion, morals and cultural norms, there is only so much people can take. I am an evangelical Christian and I will tell you, we are just as upset as the Moslems about sexual immorality. And, we can thank the political left for blowing up the Western world with the sexual revolution in the sixties. Since then, there has been a dreadful decline with rampant po r n ography, in-your-face ho mo se xu ality, massive illegitimacy rates, and now transgender madness.
If I could get in a time machine, I’d go back to the 1950s in a split second. By the way, most Moslems are ordinary people trying to raise families just like the Western world. I saw it first hand.

I’m disturbed by the insane emphasis on s ex being considered the most important thing in the world. The glorification of deviancy makes me puzzled, angry, and a bit sick. We were able to protect our children from most 0f this and they are doing a good job of protecting theirs, but we tend to live in enclaves of like-minded people. If any religious people, Christians, Jews, or Muslims, have televisions in their homes and send their kids to public schools, it is often game over for those kids. Giving them unlimited access to computers and phones can be dangerous. And it’s absolutely poisonous to send them to most colleges. I am convinced that the weirdness and disgustingness of contemporary culture is supported by a small minority with big megaphones and bigger mouths. It’s time we all, but you Christians in particular, re-took American culture and restored this country to what it once was and could be again.
The sexual morality of Muslims celebrating Oct 7 mimics the sexual morality of Ted Bundy and the Night Stalker.. The Asian gangs abusing British girls by the thousands in Rotherham,, and rape statistics skyrocketing with Muslim influx is really some kind of display of the “goodness” that religious people bring to the world.

A culture or an ideology that is based on victimizing others and human sacrifice has no problem identifying victims within. Labels to rationalize actions and dehumanize or objectify targets can come before, during, or after the fact.

This statement differs greatly from Christianity’s theme of, go forth and spread the word of Christ. One refers to sending missionaries to far off lands to teach and the other, to conquer those “far off” lands and forcibly demand conversion.
They’re using our election system to get elected to many offices from universities, city, state, Congress, and then appointed/hired into ALL government departments.

Our UNM student groups are ruled by Muslims. Just last week, they had a “Muslim Understanding Day.” Mostly women were in the tent. I wrote a note: “Are there American Understanding Days in Arab and Muslim Universities? I also don’t need to Understand you but to tolerate you.” I walked away and two Muslim male students ran towards me. One had a T-Shirt “Hamas 156.” (???) I repeated my question to them and just kept going. “How many Muslims live in Israel? About two million. They’re teammates, roommates, classmates, and even one is in the Supreme Court, WITH JEWS! How many Jews live in Arab countries? So, who are the intolerant ones. You ran after me because you can’t stand being challenged!” They left without saying a word. Funny there were no Palestine fighters prior to 1948. The area that the Palestinian clam as there’s was under Turkish, Ottoman rule and had been for 1,400 years. The area they now claim as Palestine was a Ottoman back water. Jerusalem was a slum in 1948. Yes there were Arabic people in what was soon to be Israel, however they vacated when the surrounding Arab countries decided to destroy the Jews. So much for history.
Nothing new here, all this is part of the latest eruption of jihad that started at the end of WWII.
