There’s no room for Roseanne in Hollywood. But there’s always room for an anti-Semitic and homophobic racist who praised Hitler. As long as he’s a black nationalist.
Netflix will begin offering a film chronicling the life of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan on August 1 despite the activist’s penchant for resorting to anti-semitic and anti-gay slurs.
The documentary, The Honourable Minister Louis Farrakhan: My Life’s Journey Through Music, was produced in 2014 by Farrakhan’s son and chronicles the minister’s life as an activist and fringe political figure.
Netflix is a hyper-leftist mega-corporation. Farrakhan had praised Hitler as a great man.
But clearly there’s no contradiction here. While Netflix went to great lengths not to be seen endorsing Rachel Dolezal in the documentary about her, it has no such problems with a hagiography by Farrakhan’s son.
“Jews were responsible for all of this filth and degenerate behavior that Hollywood is putting out, turning men into women and women into men,” Farrakhan said in his keynote speech. “White folks are going down. And Satan is going down. And Farrakhan, by God’s grace, has pulled a cover off of that Satanic Jew, and I’m here to say your time is up, your world is through.”
So I guess Netflix is okay because Reed Hastings isn’t Jewish?
Jews ”can’t say ‘Never Again’ to God, because when he puts you in the ovens, you’re there forever.”
Endorsed by Netflix.
Obama, who is now in bed with Netflix, had met with Farrakhan. And despite his official disavowals, presumably supported him. Certainly his mentor, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright did.
I don’t expect Netflix to do the right thing. But this is once again a demonstration of why so many people are tired of hearing these worthless phony lectures about racism from the left.
