December is here, the election has been over for a month, Trump has picked out his cabinet and California is still counting the votes. And will go on counting them until the Dems win.
Considering Trump’s landslide victory, California had a difficult task ahead of it, but it has already managed to flip the seats held by Rep. Mike Garcia, Rep. Michelle Steel and just stole the seat held by Rep. John Duarte.
In Duarte’s 13th congressional district, California Dems have taken a month to count a little over 210,000 votes. That’s an impressive achievement considering that the proverbial Florida Man seems able to count the votes on Election night. Even third world countries seem to do it.
It took Democrats ‘counting’ a full 3 weeks to get the Democrat challenger to finally take a lead. Four weeks later, they are declaring victory after finally having ‘found’ enough ballots.
Garcia, Steel and Duarte were all leading on Election night until late-arriving mail drop ballots showed up.
California Democrats flipping three seats matches the dubious accomplishment of their New York counterparts who also flipped three seats. That’s a striking achievement since Kamala had actually dropped down 3 million votes from Biden’s 2020 numbers in California and New York. In California alone, Kamala was down 1.9 million and yet somehow three red seats turned blue.
This mysterious ‘blue wave’ arrived even as voters statewide defied Democrats and the media to vote for Prop 36, to make crime illegal alien, and rejected a variety of lefty propositions including Prop 6, 32 and 33, and it arrived not in liberal areas, but in swing districts.
California tilted right, yet somehow swing districts tilted left to unseat House Republicans. Not only that but after the election, based on the numbers at the time, California Republicans expected to pick up four seats in CA-9 CA-21, CA,47 and CA-49. They ended up not only picking up no seats, but also losing 3 out of 5 Republican House seats in the election.
This incredible blue wave in which Democrats won 7 out of 9 House seats came even as the overall numbers showed that California had tilted right and Democrats were underperforming.
Even more incredibly, California Dems somehow won these seats well after the election.
The late-arriving blue wave had consequences beyond whittling down the House Republican majority, it’s also being used to steal President Trump’s landslide and national mandate.
After the election, Trump had won 40% of the vote and he’s now at 38% and counting. The difference may be slight, but it’s part of the math that Democrats and their media are using to argue that he didn’t really win the popular vote and doesn’t actually have a mandate.
Since the election, Kamala has ‘picked up’ over 3.5 million votes in California.
Those 3.5 million votes were crucial to arguing that Trump did not win the majority of the popular vote, but 49.97% (at current count) of the popular vote. What may seem like a trivial exercise is already percolating through the media and the Democrats who will not only insist on it going forward, who will fact check and censor anyone who disagrees, but will also be used to argue that Trump does not have a popular mandate and that they have the right to undermine him.
How much of a difference does 0.03% make? Enough to argue that Trump is an illegitimate president and that the Democrats don’t need to back down from a leftist extremist agenda.
The last time the Democrats had lost the popular vote was 2004. The defeat led to a reassessment that marked the end of normative party politics and the rise of Obama. Kamala’s 2024 defeat two decades later could mark the end of the era of Obama politics. Kamala had been touted as the new Obama, her campaign had been run by Obama veterans and she had relied on the Obamas to make the closing argument for her ahead of the election.
Unlike 2016, the Democrats reacted with shock to not only an electoral defeat, but their rejection by most of the country. There was talk that wokeness might be over, that transgender politics needed to be reconsidered and that the party had been dragged much too far to the left.
Stealing Trump’s popular vote mandate not only undermines him, but assures the Democrats that they do not need to change anything because they did not ‘really’ lose the popular vote.
As thin as the excuse may be, Democrats will be looking for any reason not to change.
Kamala’s defeat was not just a rejection of the party, but of California Democrat politics. Not only was Kamala a native daughter of the state, but her campaign was a California Democrat one. No presidential candidate had ever staked their entire campaign’s closing argument on abortion. None had endorsed legalizing illegal migration in every way right down to using taxpayer money to pay for sex changes for illegal alien criminals. California had helped Kamala lose in 2024.
California Democrats believe that they are the future of the party. Gov. Gavin Newsom polls as the highest ranked new 2028 contender and has convened a special legislative session to ‘Trump proof’ California. And by stealing the election, California is showing it’s still the future.
The 2024 election was overall conducted in a more legitimate fashion in swing states. Efforts by Pennsylvania Democrats to count illegitimate and undated ballots were shut down by courts. But California Democrats have decided to be a shining example to the party that there is no reason to conduct legitimate elections when they still have an army of ballot harvesters.
Every bad trend comes out of California and the state’s Democrat machine is showing its counterparts across the country that the answer isn’t change, but totalitarianism. From bans on voter ID to funding an army of organizers to conduct voter outreach and turnout to a process that ‘counts’ and finds votes into the winter, California is a model of abusing the system, tainting the results, repressing the voters, and suppressing political change.
Looking to 2028, Democrats will have a choice between moderation and extremism, between trying to realign the party with the majority of Americans, or with building an even bigger mousetrap to steal elections. California is making the case for election rigging and extremism.
And even though it may not be a swing state, the blatant corruption of California’s election abuses show that it poses a threat not only to voters in the state, but to the entire country.
2024 rolled back the steal but the path to restoring election integrity runs through California.
This must stop .
Yes, this is nothing new and yet it is allowed to continue.. When republicans finally decide to take the gloves off, maybe honest voting will return to America. Until then, expect more of this fraud, and more states like California lapsing into third world status.

JUST REMEMBERED: Someone registered my 12-year-old son to vote in 2008. He was getting calls from the Democrats which I ended up taking and recording. (Still have the tape.) I told them about the mix-up, still called. Then they started called for Kristian, Abran, Susan, and Anita. I recorded all the calls. On one of the calls the night before the election, they asked if I knew where my/Abran, voting location was. Then I said I didn’t have time to vote “SO CAN I SEND MY BROTHER TO VOTE FOR ME?” The girl said I could. She asked a lady who said I could. I played the tape on our local radio for a Voter Fraud investigator, non-official, he got my number and came over the next day to record my recording, of ALL the people they were calling. No word on what happened. Then in 2016, they added my mother, unusual name, never lived in ABQ.. I was still getting them in 2020 and 2024. For Susan, I said we were voting for Republicans, the Hispanic lady: “YOU’RE A TRAITOR TO YOUR RACE!”

Very true. My brother was one of them, as far back as 1973. Sounds made up, but I swear it’s not: he used to ballot harvest at nursing homes and mental asylums with the congregation from Jim Jones church. They were the vote riggers on call for the Jerry Brown administration. They helped him win and keep winning. All of them of course, were communists. My brother was an organizer turned CA state college professor who taught the younger generation to be bomb throwers just like him.

We have managed to vote and obtain an opportunity to make serious corrections. However if our Congress and incoming President do not pass Federal legislation regarding voter integrity, who can vote, the REQUIRED identification to vote, how we are allowed to vote (no more mail-in ballots, drop boxes), voter verification of voter roles, paper voting and removing hackable machines, we are never going to have the trust of Americans that our voting system is secure.
Newsom has, along with the California democrat-ruled legislature, imposed a plethora of draconian measures in the state effecting farming, water collection (dams) for those years with minimal rain and snow pack, electrical-grid overloads due to insufficient means of generating the electricity needed in the state causing brown-outs and sky-rocketing electrical costs. That he would be underhanded in vote counting facilitating flipping Congressional, seats is just normal business for this former nephew-in-law of Nancy Pelosi.

Change is coming. The California Democrats may not have noticed the changes in the electorate but the super rich have begun to take note. The insane woke fringe that has dominated the party have started to be rejected by the American public that has finally begun to muster the courage to fight back.
The elites in government, tech, finance, entertainment, professional sports, elite universities and the media have begun to recognize that backing the most extreme identity agendas (DEI, sexually mutilating children, drag queen story hour, anti Jewish pogroms for example) is not the way to ensure the retention of their wealth and privilege. The public, in spite of overwhelming support from all the power centers of American society, gave the raised middle finger to America’s credentialed aristocracy.
The last few years have seen the greatest transfer of wealth from the middle and working class to the top ten percent in American history. If you account for assets and debt, the Democrats have become the protector of all the policies that have enabled this redistribution of wealth to the most privileged.
The only thing that was truly shocking in the last election is that Harris came as close as she did. The only explanation is that the Democrats and more generally the progressives have had the enthusiastic support of all the centers of power.
But we still get to vote. At this point there is only so much that the Democrats can do to rig the elections. Even with the billions in free media from the mainstream media, the outrageous weaponization of the DOJ and the intelligence community against their political opponents, their grip on the education system, the majority of people knew that they have been getting the short end of the stick and through their vote they were able to assert their will.

This is why voting rules are so important. Too many Republicans have taken a knee over the Democrats destruction of voter integrity provisions. One reason Trump won was his obstinance about the 2020 election being rigged. As a result, states were put on notice and tightened up their voting rules. Would McCormick have won in Pennsylvania if there wasn’t pressure on the Pennsylvania Supreme court to enforce its own rules. Who knows?

As a lifelong California resident, I can say with confidence that there is nothing unusual about this at all. California is a democrat super majority state and the dems will do whatever is necessary by any means necessary to maintain that majority.
California republicans lack the moxie to mount a serious challenge to the dems and have all but conceded the state to them. Moreover, the California republican is weak and content to operate in the margins and target weak and/or corrupt democrats they think they can beat. Unfortunately of republicans, they’re terrible at campaigning which is also a national problem but I digress.
The only republicans that have a chance of winning any elected seat in California are RINOs. But I’m sure you aware this and this article is meant to shine a spotlight on the goings on in California to a national audience. Goings on that we California residents, are forced to suffer 24/7/365.

There are a few good Republican elected officials, but the party as a whole, like the New York one, barely exists, and that’s a choice. I’ve listened to CA GOP presentations in which they claim they have no money. But there are a lot of California based conservative donors and the party isn’t doing anything to impress them.

I’m just not impressed with the current California republican party nor most of the candidates that they have fielded in the last few election cycles. And as far as I’m concerned, their claims of having no money is a hard sell.
Ergo, I’ll just continue to donate to Hillsdale college–at least it’s a worthy cause. Hillsdale college is the 2nd oldest college in the country and operates independently of all government funding.

Former President Barack Obama on Thursday claimed the moral high ground by cautioning “one side” of politics is going to “stack the deck” by stealing elections and politicize the U.S. government.
He declined to name which specific party should be attributed with those anti-democratic principles but added they should be opposed.
In a speech at the third annual Obama Foundation Democracy Forum in Chicago, Illinois, the 63-year-old called for a renewed commitment to pluralist ethics and said the consequences of failing to do so are barely worth considering.
Just who is Obama’s audience? Every black person I know can’t stand him and are dismissive of anything he says. Same for other minority groups.
The unmitigated truth is, Obama’s only audience is the news media, wealthy black and white liberals, the alphabet mafia and people who listen to and believe the lies, bullsh*t and distortions the liberal MSM reports. “Real America” (the people who make the country work) pays no attention to Obama.

Newsom wants to “Trump proof” California but Trump will be chief executive of the executive branch, the most powerful branch of the government. To “Trump proof” California the only solution is for California to leave the country entirely and become its own independent state.
In fact, many Californians want to secede from California, so just the west coast can leave while east California becomes Greater Idaho. The lefties can leave and take all their votes (electoral and otherwise) with them.

Myself and many other Californians 2nd that notion!! As I’ve said in this forum in the past. once you move away from the coast, California is a red state. The recent election bares that out.
And I’m sure you’re aware that there have been off & on efforts over the past few decades to split California into 2 states. The coastal corridor from LA to San Francisco should secede and hook up with the Chicoms or become a Mexican state. I certainly wouldn’t lose any sleep over it!

California voter fraud is a key reason why we need the Electoral College. With the Electoral College, the only thing California voter fraud gains for the Democrats is California’s electoral votes. However, if we switched to a national popular vote, all of the millions of fraudulent votes in California would be added into the national total, rather than just into California’s total.

The votes of smaller cities and states would literally have no say in national election. As a UK citizen, I don’t know how your postal ballot system works – but what occurs to me is that, if a ballot has been through the postal system, surely it would have a dated postmark, enabling auditors to filter out anything posted after the polling stations closed?
Democrats forced inclusion of ballots postmarked after election day, as well as “harvested ballots” completed by someone other than the voter (because the voter is too stupid or lazy to complete it him/herself) and ballots that should not have been counted because the voter failed to complete all of the required fields. Good point. I live in California and we have fake mail in ballots – which I use- but what is wrong with post marks? Unless you count “ballots” months after the election.
Myself living in a flyover RED State speaks with his money. I know the day will come I will need to travel to see the redwoods & sequoias, My wife has insisted on it. I am not a committee of one. The redwoods and sequoias here in California are worth seeing. Some of the redwood forests abut on the Pacific ocean. They’re magnificent, in my opinion. The hiking trails are mild. And there are some great restaurants there, Up on the ridges. They overlook the ocean. I’m sure your wife would love it.
I remember looking out of one the restaurants the Pacific and thinking I was in Heaven.. Not all of California is insane.

Look, the only way any of this bullshit changes is when the radical Progressive Democrat Party is decertified, dismantled, dismembered, and its principal actors prosecuted for treason, sedition, and a host of other crimes that are well documented.
