The social media version of the Politico headline is ‘Trump drags Hurricane Helene into 2024 campaign’ while the site headline is ‘Trump brings Hurricane Helene into 2024 campaign’.
But whichever version you go with the implication is quite clear. Natural disasters shouldn’t be a campaign issue. No one should actually criticize an administration over its hurricane response. Absolutely not.
Like the time Democrats and their media did not suggest that Trump had deliberately killed everyone in Puerto Rico with a hurricane or Kanye West and Brian Williams teaming up to suggest that New Orleans had become a cannibalistic hellscape because Bush didn’t care about black people.
Biden and Kamala refusing to visit affected areas, we are told, is the newly dignified thing to do. Trump visiting Georgia to hand out aid is just ‘politicizing’ a natural disaster. But this begs the question of why Biden and Kamala don’t want to go?
Obama probably won the election on the strength of visiting areas affected by a hurricane and then offering some fake sympathy. He then promptly turned his back on all those people the moment he got what he wanted. But why can’t Biden or Kamala manage to do as much? Biden used to be a functional retail campaigner, albeit with a penchant for inappropriately handling the female population from age 8 to 99, but Kamala can’t even convincingly do that much. She has no other mode other than fake female friend and that’s inadequate to the task of meeting with disaster victims. At some point she’s going to have to go do that.
The media would like to delay that as long as possible. So it’s doling out ‘Republicans pounce on failed hurricane response’ headlines to push back the moment Kamala has to interact with people who aren’t female celebrities of her social class and wealth for as long as possible.
So, a hurricane hits the US, 100+ people are killed and the toll is still rising, and The Dems are, of course blaming Trump for making a campaign issue out of it.
So, a mass shooting occurs at a school, or a mall or where ever, and the Dems can’t resist making it a political issue, calling for gun confiscation before the bodies are even cold.
Nice to know nothing has changed. The Dems are such lowlifes.

This is more than the Dems being lowlifes. This is simply *evil*. They celebrate deaths in more conservative states and withhold or slow-walk aid from their weaponized institutions. They politicize everything, and continue to practice the standard Marxist-Leninist tactic of projection, which is distributed by the captive media.
The institutional GOP’s lame attempts at bipartisanship resemble the behavior of the abused wife in a bad marriage. The ultimate solution is separation and holding the abuser to account. Unfortunately the so-called “Justice” system of the DoJ has been captured and is now a weapon of the Progressive Democrat criminal enterprise masquerading as a party. That leaves separation. When their political voice via the vote is taken away (as the Dems have succeeded in doing on multiple occasions), people are left with having to vote with their feet (if the entrenched power of the state precludes the possibility of secession of states or outright civil war.). This exodus is what is happening in California, Illinois, New York, and other blue state/city Stalinist one-party enclaves. For the moment there are other places to retreat to in the U.S., but as Elon Musk just pointed out, if Trump is not elected in Nov then there is a very real prospect of the Progressive Dems leveraging their mass migration/invasion strategy via open borders and mass amnesty to follow to create a one-party regime via the last real election in America. This is already the reality in California. It will be the final nail in the coffin of the Republic. This is what happened to Venezuela, and look at the mass exodus and misery that followed. When America falls, where do we go? Time to get serious about creating options via dual citizenships, but that takes time and money.
Yes, why would Jihad Joe and Heels Up Harris want to help American flood victims – the ones who are still alive – when any money available can be spent on somebody else, preferably some American enemies. I hear the Iranian mullahs are in a bit of trouble. Their handlers still have four months to loot the Treasury and budget to send them some more billions.

CA does have large swaths of Republican territory, mostly inland but some of the districts change sides regularly. The Dirtbagocrats own the coast which has a larger population, with the exception of the Orange County oasis and the extreme North. The Palm Springs area isn’t going to be subverted anytime soon, either. The Republicans and RINOs have no statewide power here, though. They only have influence in their districts.
I have to write that there are far more abusive wives than husbands. 99% of those abusive guys beating on their women are on TV and in the movies, not the real world. Some guys may scoff at emotional and financial abuse but those guys are probably with good women and haven’t experienced it. If a guy runs around with a lot of chicks, all it takes is one to make him miserable or even destroy all success he has. And women have the government and its oppressive institutions on their side.
I see that the Climate Change nutballs are already blaming it on Climate Change just like they did with Harvey and Irma it don,t take it long for those screwballs from Greenpeace the NRDC and EDF long and of course Friends of the Earth screw-ups

It backfired though, because Heels Up Harris and her sidekick Alzheimer Joe are ostensibly in charge, not Trump and Vance, and the Dastardly Duo have left the flood victims to fend for themselves.
Vance also managed to deflect the accusations in the form of questions from the CBS agitators skags about the global climate warming change scam.
Biden/Harris have committed to helping those devastated by the hurricane in the US and have set aside $20 billion in aid to be sent immediately to the Ukraine.
How did they find the time in between Harris’s fund raising in CA and NV and Biden’s beach day in Delaware????
And they’re busy looting funds to send more billions to the mullahs in Iran right now, doubtlessly. They have to save them from the righteous wrath of dem Joos.
Did anyone notice that Harris shows not real compassion for anyone? Do not underestimate her. She is obviously very adapt at garnering power. She managed to steal the nomination from Biden. My assessment is that she is ruthless.
As evidence I point out that She said nothing about the thousands of children ‘lost’ who migrated without their parents over the border while under her control. This is one of the major disasters of the last 4 years. I did not detect any empathy from her..

Harris spoke her true intentions for America in one of her word salad moments:
“we can be unburned by what has been”
this statement is like a communist code – “by what has been” means to Harris is our nation’s history and Constitution – just like Mao did to China, Harris wants to erase our laws and replace them with communism – and also to erase our history in order to brain wash the young and establish a new order based on atheism and not on God. If she accomplishes removing the “what has been” then she can be unburned by the Constitution and rule America like the tyrant Mao.

And you’re right, she doesn’t care about lost, abused or dead children among the invading hordes any more than she cares that fentanyl is the top cause of death in America now and that illegal aliens are murdering, raping and robbing everybody in sight when they aren’t stealing jobs from poor people and undercutting wages.
