First, there was, “I Was a Communist for the FBI”. Now there’s “I Teach Critical Race Theories to Our Nation’s Future Military Leaders.”
We not only lost the Cold War, but the winners are in control of academia, including in the military.
As this Washington Post op-ed by an associate professor of political science at the U.S. Air Force Academy makes clear, critical race theory is embedded and its goal is to undermine our military.
“I teach critical race theories to our nation’s future military leaders because it is vital that cadets understand the history of the racism that has shaped both foreign and domestic policy,” Lynne Chandler Garcia writes.
Critical race theory, she claims, “helps students identify the structural racism and inequality that has been endemic in American society. And it provides methods for deconstructing oppressive beliefs, policies and practices to find solutions that will lead to justice.”
These are classic Marxist arguments.
Students are being indoctrinated with radical leftist ideas while being taught that America is evil. They’re being trained to see America and its history through the lens of races while being told that it’s always been hypocritical and immoral. And, implicitly, not worth defending.
The Constitution, she claims, “has been used to perpetuate legal discrimination” and “racism was ingrained in the system from the beginning.”
The associate professor claims that “cadets need to understand these contradictions within their institutions.”
Do they? What is this except an effort to undermine these institutions.
The enemy is on the inside and we’re losing the war.
