Should crime be illegal? California, New York and a number of states unleashed massive crime waves through pro-crime legislation that eliminated bail, freed criminals, and implemented diversion from prison programs.
Now Californians, fed up by constant violence, appear to be set to approve a proposition that would help make crime illegal again.
Gov. Gavin Newsom, who criminalized being outside during COVID and posting memes, did everything possible to fight Prop 36, is now disgusted with Californians.
A recent poll showed that 71% of Californians would vote for Proposition 36.
And Newsom, America’s leading pro-crime governor, was not happy.
“I was wondering what state I’m living in,” he said after seeing the PPIC Poll. “the public clearly has a different point of view.”
Yes, it does. It doesn’t like crime. Understandably Newsom didn’t realize that since so many pro-crime propositions had passed (with an assist from then AG Kamala Harris writing distorted explanations of them that sounded like they were fighting crime) and a Dem supermajority had been able to privilege criminals.
Now Gov. Newsom is shocked. He doesn’t know what state he’s living in. Join the club, Gavin.
Spurwing Plover says
I suggest Governor Nuisance read the U.S. Constitution especially the 2nd Amendment and quit trying to change the Constitution to meet his own liberal version
sanjac1836 says
Gavin has nothing to worry about. The California supreme court will overturn it.
Robert Smith says
It proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that voter fraud thrives in California .

The Democrat party has been using hammer scorecard for years in California. California was the first state they used it on my question how many other states are using it the got it from nsa . Maxine waters has a big mouth!
Algorithmic Analyst says
The agenda of the left includes breaking up families as well as increasing crime. Breaking up families makes it easier for a totalitarian state to control the population. California led the way with liberalized divorce laws in the 1960s.
Jeff Bargholz says
Yes, that was tho Soviet style of totalitarian control.

Nevertheless, he’s having a gay old time.

Maybe the legislature should start by end the shoplifting law that allows for a maximum of $900 without penalty. How about $0 allowed.
Newsome will do to the U.S. what he has done to Crapifornia.

Newscum is what President Trump calls him and with good reason – this is one of the reasons – like Minnesota with Tampon Tim Walz-ing with the devil in the pale moon light – who are theses ignoramuses that vote for these demons?
BTW– Howard Stern said he doesn’t hate President Trump only the ones who vote for him –
Well, fuck you Howard Stern – the biggest putzes in the broadcast media – and I am being polite
Howard Stern is a self loathing Jew antisemite – how is that going to fare for him when he is facing death and leaves his body?
Not to well – burn in hell Howard Stern along with George Soros another self loathing Jew antisemite!
Then there is Chucky Cheese Brain Shumer and Cackling Kamalalala the Witch Whore of Babylon’s husband
Kathy says
You do realize that a lot of these folks don’t believe in God or an afterlife or they worship the dude with the horns. They worship power and the golden calf. Btw. I guess you know Newsome is Pelosi’s nephew.
Bryan says
He’s living in the state of denial.
Victor L. says
I’d say he is living in the state of moral and mental decomposition
Jeff Bargholz says
Not all of us Californians are immoral or decomposing but most of our politicians are. 🙂

Gavin Newsom on his new bill (from YouTub): “You can no longer knowingly distribute an ad or other election communications that contain materially deceptive content – including deepfakes” (whatever that is, spellchecker doesn’t recognize it as a word).
Doesn’t that exclude Kamala’s flip/flops, her fracking position, her border position, her Trump accusations and every Trump lie in her campaign ads?
Has Gavin just signed a bill preventing Harris from campaigning in her home state?
