The DNC did its predictable round of virtue signaling by shutting FOX News out of the Dem debates.

The concern here wasn’t that FOX News would actually do anything wrong, but a sizable chunk of the lefty elite goes into frothing rage at the FOX News title alone. A FOX News debate would also have been a useful way to introduce Dems to potential voters.

Plenty of conservative Dems watch FOX News.

And the lefties have very good reason not to want them elevating any moderates in this race over the likes of Bernie, Elizabeth Warren and Stalin’s ghost.

The bottom line though is that if FOX News isn’t allowed to cover Democrats, why should mainstream media outlets get to cover Republicans?

There’s an obvious disproportionate balance of influence here. The Left controls the rest of the national media. That’s why Republicans have trouble dropping access. But that perpetuates the discrimination that we just witnessed. 

FOX News assumed that standing with Jim Acosta after his misbehavior and ban would earn it some reciprocity from CNN. All it did was brand them suckers. No good deed for the leftocracy goes unpunished.
