Rep. Ilhan Omar, who was praised by a former Somali prime minister as following not “the interest of Minnesota, nor is it the interest of the American people, the interest of Ilhan is that of the Somalian people and Somalia,” has some thoughts about the country that took her in.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) criticized the Trump administration’s use of the military, saying the U.S. is turning into “one of the worst countries.”
“Can you imagine that image that is going to be coming out of our country? I mean, I grew up in a dictatorship, and I don’t even remember ever witnessing anything like that,” Omar said, referring to her early childhood in Somalia.
Either Omar is not very aware of the history of her own country or she’s lying. I’ll go with the latter especially considering her family ties. Some Somalis have accused her father of being a colonel who played a role in the country’s brutal dictatorship and its massacres.
But if Omar really thinks America is worse than Somalia, why not leave and go back to her homeland?
Take the next plane to Somalia. Of course she won’t because she and every illegal invader know that’s a lie. America at its worst is better than Somalia at its best in every possible way.

The grotesque picture of altruism you repeatedly attribute to those having religious beliefs is quite often manifest instead by leftist-totalitarians residing throughout the world who regularly engage in what you identify as “altruism” ( which they reference as the collective good) which in reality is nothing more than strong armed, manipulative, tactics and fund raising that mandates a collective response that is often not in any way a genuine generosity of heart.
Amazingly enough, healthy self interest can rightfully include others and that is an individual choice that can very well be a result of a self interest that includes valuing others. For you, that seems to be an unsolvable enigma. Your evident self interest seems to be more of a philosophical shield allowing for your selfishness to be equated as self interest. Or, for you and other objectivists, the subtle differences elude you and you repeatedly ascribe every human ill not to the moral machinations of the individual but only to those with religious beliefs.
In Judaism, G-d provided mankind with moral agency and therefore mankind is required to master himself using his freedom in choosing life; and doing so comes with laws that are a fundamental fabric of the created universe that were given to the Jewish people in the Torah.
It is also the case that when self interests eliminate an understanding of the impact our choices and behavior have upon others, this is the willful abuse of freedom that is without self restraint for which we are accountable in a universe governed by laws.
Individual freedom is invested with the highest standards of self accountability and responsibility and there is no offload elsewhere for us being accountable for what we say and do.
In the leftist, collective, totalitarian paradigm, such moral freedom is non existent as the dictates of the few over the many must be followed and it is there that the redistribution of wealth is manipulatively recategorized as altruism where the individual’s value is only that which furthers the dictates of the few in positions of power and punishment.
It is not altruism, but progressive, liberal secular humanism at work. Granted, the effect is the same, but the words we use to frame our thinking matters. The American people never wanted altruistic self-sacrifice of their nation and posterity – that was foisted upon them by government in partnership with the churches that also betrayed their people – like Judas for money.
Most of what passes for Christianity in the U.S. is infected by the same liberal ideology that has ruled in government during my entire lifetime – facilitated by lots of money from enemy NGO’s.
The Anglo Protestantism of our founders would never have tolerated these enemies of our country no matter the Christian names by which they call themselves.
Believe it or not, I share your hatred for the “Christianity” that partners with our destruction, and I am a devoted Christian. All that glitters is not gold.

It is truly distressing that the legacy of a pioneer of the Reformation is so misrepresented in the USA by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, sponsor of the Lutheran Charity that takes taxpayer money and foreign donations to import criminals to our republic. Also distressing is the heresy rampant in that denomination, heresy that has been rejected by the Wisconsin and Missouri Synods. These Synods are present in many US states, with congregations that frequently attract believers repulsed by the doctrine at work in ELCA parishes.
Please, when you read or hear the word Lutheran, look beyond the word itself into the organization claiming that title to find out whether it represents a practice rooted in Biblical truth or in modern fashion
Watched the movie “Blackhawk Down” for Memorial Day. Somalia as run by more than a dictator. They were scumbag warlords stealing aid from starving civilians. They called them “skinnies “ for a reason, it was a failed state. She should be on her knees thanking America daily for getting her out of that pit of hell.

Representative ILHAN OMAR, and others like her who hate America are the personification of the old saying, “No good deed goes unpunished “! Those of us who were raised by patriotic American Citizens are beginning to rethink the Right to Freedom of Speech and how it is now being used against us by ungrateful foreign born “citizens” especially those who have been elected to the US Congress! Why are we sharing our Rights with anyone calling us the worst country in the World? ?
This is intolerable and is getting worse. Why do we allow this hate to be spread across our Country ? Most of us are quietly seething. The first serious Candidate who runs on a platform of deporting the HATE AMERICA CROWD will win, no doubt in my mind….

TWO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT QUESTIONs: Why is she here in the first place, and how did she ever become a civil “leader” in America to begin with?
If Christians and patriots ever become courageous enough to answer those two questions and then start working toward overcoming the genesis of Omar and others like her, we might be able to stop this from ever occurring again.
ANSWERS: She’s here because the First Commandment was replaced with the First Commandment-violating First Amendment.
And she’s been able to become a civil “leader” thanks to Article 6’s Christian test ban whereby mandatory biblical qualifications for civil leaders (e.g., Exodus 18:21 & Deuteronomy 17:15) were also eliminated.
